The present invention relates to a safety door, which is opened and closed by a hinge. As components are simplified, the door can be easily assembled and installed, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and subsequently enhancing productivity. Accordingly, the safety door comprises a hinge frame and a rotation frame. The hinge frame includes: a mounting bar fixated to a door frame with the length corresponding to the length of the door frame formed on an entrance and having a rotation space with one side opened so that a part of the rotation frame is inserted into an inner side to be able to rotate, a holding portion formed on one side of the opened portion to control opening and closing wherein the rotation frame is held to the holding portion while rotating at a predetermined radius and a hinge portion formed on the other side of the opened portion wherein a hinge piece is mounted on the hinge portion; and the hinge piece mounted on the hinge portion. The rotation frame is fixated to the hinge piece of the hinge frame and one side of the door and is configured to be rotated at the predetermined radius in the inner side of the hinge frame. The rotation frame comprises: a fixated surface formed on one side and attached to a rear surface perpendicular to one side end of the door; and a curved portion formed on the other side and inserted into the rotation space of the mounting bar, wherein a holding end, held to the holding portion, is formed on a front end of the curved portion, such that holding is easily performed, and a connection piece, connected with the hinge piece, is formed on the inner surface of the rotation frame.
본 발명은 여닫이로 개폐되는 안전도어에 관한 것으로, 부품을 간소화하여 도어의 조립과 설치를 용이토록 하고 저렴한 제조단가를 제공하여 생산성을 향상토록 한 것이다. 이를 위하여 출입구에 형성된 문틀과 대응되는 길이로 이루어져 문틀에 고정되는 내측에 회동프레임의 일부분이 내입되어 회동되도록 일측이 개방된 회동공간을 형성하고, 개방된 부분의 일측에는 회동프레임이 일정반경으로 회동되면서 걸림되는 개폐를 단속하는 걸림부를 형성하고 타측에는 경첩편이 결합되는 경첩부가 형성된 장착바와 상기 경첩부에 장착되는 경첩편으로 이루어진 경첩프레임과 상기 경첩프레임의 경첩편과 도어의 일측에 고정되어 경첩프레임의 내측에서 일정반경으로만 회동가능하게 작동되도록 일측에 도어의 일측단과 직교되는 후면에 밀착되는 고정면과 타측에 장착바의 회동공간에 내입되는 곡면부로 이루어지고, 곡면부의 선단에는 걸림부에 걸림되는 걸림단을 형성하여 걸림을 용이토록 하고, 회동프레임의 내측면에는 경첩편과 연결되는 연결편을 형성한 회동프레임으로 이루어져 간단하게 조립토록 한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a safety door, which is opened and closed by a hinge.
