APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING AUTOMATIC IDLE OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINARY USING ENGINE CONTROL DIAL
The present invention relates to an automatic idle control system of construction equipment using an engine control dial. Logic for an auto-idle function is added to the engine control dial to set the RPM of an engine according to a work state. So, in a normal operation, a voltage value set by the engine control dial is output, and when an idle state of the engine is detected, an idle voltage value for entering an auto-idle mode is output to realize the auto-idle function with the voltage control of the engine control dial.
본 발명은 건설기계의 오토 아이들 제어 장치에 관한 것으로, 작업 상태에 따라 엔진의 RPM을 설정하기 위한 엔진 컨트롤 다이얼에 오토 아이들 기능에 대한 로직을 추가하여 평상 시에는 엔진 컨트롤 다이얼에 의해 설정된 전압값을 출력하고, 엔진의 아이들(idle) 상태가 감지되면 오토 아이들 모드로 진입하기 위한 아이들 전압값을 출력하여 엔진 컨트롤 다이얼의 전압 제어로 오토 아이들 기능을 구현하는 엔진 컨트롤 다이얼을 이용한 건설기계의 오토 아이들 제어 장치를 제공한다.
