Lane Filters for painting equipment
The present invention relates to a filter device for painting a lane. The purpose of the filter device for painting a lane is to prevent a nozzle hole of a paint spray nozzle from being blocked by being installed between a paint spray unit and a paint mixing unit mixing a hardening agent and a base material which is two-liquid type paint and filtering foreign substances of a two-liquid type paint mixture. According to the present invention, the filter device for painting a lane filters the foreign substances of the two-liquid type paint mixture by being installed between the paint mixing unit mixing the hardening agent and the base material flowing inside through a paint inflow valve, and the paint spray unit painting a lane by spraying the two-liquid type paint mixture mixed by the paint mixing unit, onto a road. The filter device for painting a lane comprises: a filter shaft of a predetermined length; multiple filtering washers having a support end supported by being in contact with the outer circumference of the filter shaft, on the inner circumference at fixed intervals, wherein a through hole which the two-liquid type paint passes through is formed between the support ends in the multiple filtering washers; multiple gap maintaining protrusions formed at fixed intervals on the upper surface of each of the filtering washers and filtering foreign substances included in the two-liquid type paint mixed, through a gap to maintain the gap between upper and lower filtering washers at the fixed intervals, wherein the upper and lower filtering washers are connected onto the outer circumference of the filter shaft; and a shaft support unit having a paint flow groove penetrated in order for the two-liquid type paint filtered by the filtering washer to flow to the paint spray unit, wherein a lower end of the filter shaft connected to the filtering washer is connected and fixed to the shaft support unit.
본 발명은 차선도색용 필터장치에 관한 것으로, 이액형 도료인 주제와 경화제를 혼합하는 도료 혼화수단과 도료 분사수단 사이에 설치되어 이액형 도료 혼합물의 이물질을 필터링함으로써 도료 분사노즐의 노즐구멍이 막히는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 구성되는 본 발명에 따른 기술은 도료 유입용 밸브를 통해 유입되는 주제와 경화제를 혼합시키는 도료 혼화수단과 도료 혼화수단에 의해 혼합된 이액형 도료 혼합물을 도로면 상에 분사하여 차선을 도색하는 도료 분사수단 사이에 설치되어 이액형 도료 혼합물의 이물질을 필터링하는 차선도색용 필터장치에 있어서, 차선도색용 필터장치는 일정 길이의 필터축; 필터축의 외주면에 접촉되어 지지가 이루어지는 지지단이 일정 간격으로 내주면에 형성되어지되 지지단 사이에는 혼합된 이액형 도료가 경유하는 통공이 형성된 다수의 필터링 와셔; 필터링 와셔 각각의 상부면 상에 동일 간격 다수 형성되어지되 필터축의 외주면 상에 다수 결합되는 상하 필터링 와셔 사이의 틈새가 일정 간격 유지되도록 하여 혼합된 이액형 도료에 포함된 이물질이 틈새를 통해 필터링되도록 하는 간격유지돌기; 및 필터링 와셔가 결합된 필터축의 하단이 결합 고정되어지되 필터링 와셔를 통해 필터링된 이액형 도료를 도료 분사수단으로 유동되도록 하는 도료 유동홈이 관통 형성된 축받침대의 구성으로 이루어진다.
