The present invention relates to a fixture for scaffold formation and a scaffolding cradle for operations using the same. According to the present invention, scaffold configuration is possible through simple installation in a mold, the scaffold can be simplified in structure, the occupied space can be minimized, assembly and disassembly can be expedited and facilitated, and thus construction costs and periods can be reduced. The fixture for scaffold formation according to the present invention includes a support fixing portion installed in an installation target portion; and a pipe connecting portion protruding from the support fixing portion. The pipe connecting portion includes a connecting body protruding from the support fixing portion; a first latching groove including a first insertion groove portion inserted inward into the end portion of the connecting body and a first seating groove portion curvedly extending from the end portion of the first insertion groove portion; and a second latching groove including a second insertion groove portion formed in the connecting body to face the first latching groove and symmetrical to the first insertion groove portion and a second seating groove portion having the same structure as the first seating groove portion and formed in a diverging direction with respect to the first seating groove portion. The scaffolding cradle for operations using the fixture for scaffold formation according to the present invention includes the above-described fixture for scaffold formation; and a connection pipe provided with a pipe body inserted into the pipe connecting portion and a fixing pin installed across the pipe body and inserted into the first latching groove and the second latching groove.
본 발명은 비계형성용 고정구 및 이를 이용한 작업용 발판거치대에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 거푸집에 간편하게 설치하여 비계를 구성할 수 있고, 비계의 구조를 간결, 단순화할 수 있고, 점유공간을 최소화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 조립 및 해체과정을 신속하게 간편하게 사용할 수 있어서 공사비를 절감할 수 있고 공사기간을 단축할 수 있는 비계형성용 고정구 및 이를 이용한 작업용 발판거치대에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 비계형성용 고정구는 비계형성용 고정구에 있어서, 피설치부에 설치되는 지지고정부; 및 상기 지지고정부에 돌출되는 파이프접속부를 포함하고, 상기 파이프접속부는, 상기 지지고정부에 돌출되는 접속몸체; 상기 접속몸체의 단부에 내측으로 요입되는 제1 삽입홈부와, 상기 제1 삽입홈부의 단부에서 굴곡되게 연장되는 제1 안착홈부로 이루어진 제1 걸림홈; 및 상기 제1 걸림홈과 마주보게 상기 접속몸체에 형성되고, 상기 제1 삽입홈부와 대칭구조로 형성된 제2 삽입홈부와, 상기 제1 안착홈부와 동일한 구조로 형성되되 엇갈리는 방향으로 형성된 제2 안착홈부로 이루어진 제2 걸림홈를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 비계형성용 고정구를 이용한 작업용 발판거치대는 전술한 비계형성용 고정구; 및 상기 파이프접속부에 끼워지는 파이프몸체, 상기 파이프몸체를 가로질러 설치되어 상기 제1 걸림홈 및 상기 제2 걸림홈에 끼워지는 고정핀이 구비된 연결파이프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The scaffolding cradle for operations using the fixture for scaffold formation according to the present invention includes the above-described fixture for scaffold formation; and a connection pipe provided with a pipe body inserted into the pipe connecting portion and a fixing pin installed across the pipe body and inserted into the first latching groove and the second latching groove.
