Steel pipe strut with connection member
Disclosed is a steel pipe strut, comprising: a hollow steel pipe with a length being longer than a width; and a connecting member having one end connected to each end of the steel pipe and the other end connected to any adjacent member. The connecting member connected to one end of the steel pipe includes: a plurality of flanges fitted into a plurality of slits formed at the ends of the steel pipe in a circumferential direction; and a connecting plate engaged to outer ends of the flanges. The connecting plate is formed with a plurality of connecting holes to which any adjacent member is connected. Through the present invention, the present invention comprises the hollow steel pipe with the length being longer than the width and the connecting member connected to each end of both sides of the steel pipe, so that connecting strength is high, and an axial load is stably supported. In addition, a connected portion is not broken, and the steel pipe strut can be easily connected to other members, such as a beam, a jack, a strip, a lateral wall, or an intermediate post. Moreover, the steel pipe and the connecting member are integrated to be easily stored and transported, and the present invention does not roll in order to be safely stacked and prevented from being stolen.
본 발명은, 폭에 비해 길이가 긴 중공 형상의 강관; 및 상기 강관의 양측 단부 각각에 결합되어 인접한 타 부재와의 결합을 위한 용도로 사용되는 결합부재;를 포함하며, 상기 강관의 양측 단부 각각에 결합되는 상기 결합부재 중 일측 단부에 결합되는 결합부재는, 상기 강관의 둘레방향을 따라 형성되는 복수의 절개홈에 삽입되어 결합되는 복수의 플랜지; 및 상기 복수의 플랜지의 외측 단부에 결합되는 연결판;을 포함하고, 상기 연결판은, 상기 인접한 타 부재와의 결합을 위한 복수의 결합구가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 결합부재가 구비된 강관 버팀보에 관한 것이다. 본 발명을 통해, 폭에 비해 길이가 긴 중공 형상의 강관과, 상기 강관의 양측 단부 각각에 결합되는 결합부재를 포함함으로써, 결합강도가 우수하고, 축하중을 안정적으로 지지하며, 결합부위에 파손이 발생하지 아니하고, 버팀보, 잭, 띠장, 측벽, 중간말뚝 등과 같은 다양한 타 부재와 용이하게 결합하며, 또한 강관과 결합부재가 일체로 결합되므로 보관 및 이송이 용이하고, 구르지 않아 적치시 안전하며, 분실의 염려가 없는 효과를 제공할 수 있다.
