본 발명은 도로 주변의 환경을 정비할 수 있도록 도로의 경계석 상면에 설치되어 식물이 식생되도록 하거나 식물이 식생됨을 방지하도록 하는 방초식생 매트를 상기 도로의 경계석 상면에 고정시키는 매트 고정 구조로서, 상기 도로의 경계석 상면에 안착되며 상기 매트의 단부가 삽입된 상태로 상기 도로의 길이 방향을 따라 설치되어 상기 매트의 단부가 상기 도로의 경계석 상면에 밀착되도록 하는 브라켓과; 상기 매트의 단부가 상기 브라켓의 내부로 삽입된 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 하는 상태유지부를; 포함함으로써, 도로 주변의 환경 정비를 위하여 사용되는 매트를 도로의 상면에 견고하게 결합시킴으로써 매트가 설치된 상태가 장시간 동안 유지될 수 있도록 하여 도로 주변의 환경을 정비하는데 소요되는 노력과 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
