Disclosed is a door locking device that is installed in any one of upper and lower portions of a first door to maintain a closed state of the first door, the door locking device comprising: a body having a body cover formed with an elongated oblong hole and exposed toward one side of the first door, and a pair of body panels disposed in parallel at both sides of the body cover; a slider being able to move up and down along a fixing pin between body panels, and a fixture with one side being fastened to the slider and the other side provided with a latch. The latch comes in or out from a fixing groove formed on a frame of the door or the ground in accordance with vertical movement of the slider. Since the latch is installed to be restored, a closed state of the door can be maintained only by simply closing the door.
본 발명은 한 쌍의 도어 중 제1도어 상부 및 하부 중 어느 한 곳에 설치되어 상기 제1도어의 폐쇄상태가 유지되도록 하는 잠금장치에 있어서, 한 쌍의 도어 중 제1도어 상부 및 하부 중 어느 한 곳에 설치되어 상기 제1도어의 폐쇄상태가 유지되도록 하는 잠금장치에 있어서, 길이방향으로 장방형의 천공이 형성되고, 상기 제1도어 일측으로 노출되는 본체덮개와, 상기 본체덮개 양측면에 나란하게 설치되는 한 쌍의 본체패널을 포함하는 본체; 상기 본체패널 사이에 고정핀을 통해 상하 이동 가능하게 설치되는 슬라이더; 및 일측이 상기 슬라이더와 체결되고, 타측에 래치가 마련되는 고정부;를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 래치는 상기 슬라이더의 상하 이동에 대응하여 상기 도어의 프레임 또는 지면에 마련된 고정홈에 인입되거나 인출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원터치 방식에 의해 잠금 및 잠금해제가 가능한 도어 잠금장치를 개시한다. 이러한 본 발명은 래치가 복원 가능하게 설치되어, 도어를 단순히 닫는 것만으로도 도어의 폐쇄상태가 유지되도록 할 수 있는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
