Connection coupler for steel distribution poles
The present invention relates to a coupler for tubular steel poles for distribution lines. The coupler includes: a fastening tube with upper and lower portions fitted into the steel poles, of which an outer diameter is smaller than an inner diameter of the steel pole; and a guide plate protruding outwardly from an outer peripheral surface of the fastening tube, with each end of the steel poles to be fastened to top and bottom surfaces of the guide plate being brought into close contact with the top and bottom surfaces. Both ends of the fastening tube are provided with a plurality of cut surfaces which are cut along the outer peripheral surface in a longitudinal direction, and an end portion of each spline is formed with a fastening hole, so that when bolts are fastened to the fastening holes from an outside of the steel pole, the cut surfaces are bent outwardly, and thus the end portions of the cut surfaces are brought into close contact with an inner peripheral surface of the steel pole, thereby increasing a coupling force between the steel poles and the fastening tube and thus stably supporting the steel poles to be connected in a vertical direction. Also, in case of cutting and installing the steel poles on site, it is possible to adjust a slope of the steel pole by disposing a spacer at the lower end of the steel pole, thereby improving workability.
본 발명은 송전, 배전, 변전용 강관 전신주의 연결 커플러에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 상하부가 강관의 내측으로 삽입되되, 상기 강관의 내경보다 작은 외경을 가지는 체결관부와, 상기 체결관부의 외연을 따라 외측으로 돌출되어 상하면에 상기 상하로 체결되는 강관의 각 단부가 밀착되는 밀착가이드플레이트를; 포함하여 일체로 성형되되, 상기 체결관부의 양단부에는 외연을 따라 상하 길이방향으로 절개된 복수개의 절개면이 형성되고, 상기 각 절개면의 단부측에는 체결공이 형성되어, 상기 강관의 외측면에서 상기 체결공으로 볼트를 체결하여 상기 절개면이 외측으로 휘어지면서 상기 절개면의 단부가 상기 강관의 내측면에 밀착된다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 강관의 내측으로 삽입되는 체결관부의 단부가 절개면으로 형성되어, 볼트로 체결시 절개면이 외측으로 휘어지면서 강관 내측면에 밀착됨에 의해 강관과의 결합력을 높혀 상하부로 연결되는 강관이 연결 커플러에 의해 안정적으로 지지되는 효과가 있다. 또한, 현장에서 강관을 절단하여 전신주를 설치할 경우 절단된 강관의 하단부에 높이조절부재를 개재시켜 기울기를 조절할 수 있도록 하여 작업성이 뛰어난 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a coupler for tubular steel poles for distribution lines. The coupler includes: a fastening tube with upper and lower portions fitted into the steel poles, of which an outer diameter is smaller than an inner diameter of the steel pole; and a guide plate protruding outwardly from an outer peripheral surface of the fastening tube, with each end of the steel poles to be fastened to top and bottom surfaces of the guide plate being brought into close contact with the top and bottom surfaces. 본 발명은 송전, 배전, 변전용 강관 전신주의 연결 커플러에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 상하부가 강관의 내측으로 삽입되되, 상기 강관의 내경보다 작은 외경을 가지는 체결관부와, 상기 체결관부의 외연을 따라 외측으로 돌출되어 상하면에 상기 상하로 체결되는 강관의 각 단부가 밀착되는 밀착가이드플레이트를; 포함하여 일체로 성형되되, 상기 체결관부의 양단부에는 외연을 따라 상하 길이방향으로 절개된 복수개의 절개면이 형성되고, 상기 각 절개면의 단부측에는 체결공이 형성되어, 상기 강관의 외측면에서 상기 체결공으로 볼트를 체결하여 상기 절개면이 외측으로 휘어지면서 상기 절개면의 단부가 상기 강관의 내측면에 밀착된다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 강관의 내측으로 삽입되는 체결관부의 단부가 절개면으로 형성되어, 볼트로 체결시 절개면이 외측으로 휘어지면서 강관 내측면에 밀착됨에 의해 강관과의 결합력을 높혀 상하부로 연결되는 강관이 연결 커플러에 의해 안정적으로 지지되는 효과가 있다. 또한, 현장에서 강관을 절단하여 전신주를 설치할 경우 절단된 강관의 하단부에 높이조절부재를 개재시켜 기울기를 조절할 수 있도록 하여 작업성이 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
