METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MANGANESESILICIDE THERMOELECTRIC MATERIAL FOR THERMOELECTRIC GENERATOR AND MANGANESE-SILICIDES THERMOELECTRIC MATERIAL MANUFACTURED THEREBY
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a manganese silicide-based thermoelectric material used for thermoelectric power generation and, more specifically, to a novel method for manufacturing a manganese silicide-based thermoelectric material having a low composition deviation, a low thermal conductivity, and an improved composite microstructure. The method comprises the steps of: weighing and mixing a manganese raw material and a silicon raw material at a stoichiometric ratio; performing arc-melting mixture in an inert atmosphere to manufacture a manganese silicide-based master alloy; manufacturing a manganese silicide-based ribbon through rapid cooling of the master alloy; and pressing and sintering the manganese silicide-based ribbon.
본 발명은 열전발전에 사용되는 망간실리사이드계 열전재료의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 낮은 조성편차, 열전도도 및 향상된 복합 미세구조를 갖는 망간실리사이드계 열전재료를 제조하는 신규 제조방법을 제공한다.
