Steel pipe strut with connection member
Disclosed is a steel pipe strut, comprising: a hollow steel pipe and a connector connected to both ends of the steel pipe at one end and configured to be connected to strut, jack, a walling, a side wall, or an intermediate post at the other end. The connector includes a connecting plate connected to the end of the steel pipe, and a plurality of support bars connected to an inside of the connecting plate and fitted into a slit formed on the end of the steel pipe. The connecting plate is provided with a plurality of connecting holes to which adjacent other members are connected. Since the steel pipe strut includes the steel pipe of a long hollow shape and the connectors connected to both ends of the steel pipe, the steel pipe strut has high coupling strength, and stably supports an axial load. Also, the steel pipe strut can be easily and firmly connected to adjacent other members, such as a support strut, a jack, a wale, a side wall, or an intermediate post, at different directions, and it is possible to quickly and easily adjust an engaging angle of the members.
본 발명은, 폭에 비해 길이가 긴 중공 형상의 강관; 및 상기 강관의 양측 단부 각각에 결합되어 인접한 버팀보, 잭, 띠장, 측벽, 또는 중간말뚝과 같은 타 부재와의 결합을 위한 용도로 사용되는 결합부재;를 포함하며, 상기 결합부재는, 상기 강관의 단부에 결합되는 연결판; 및 상기 연결판의 내측에 결합됨과 동시에, 상기 강관의 단부에 형성된 절개홈에 삽입되어 결합되는 복수의 지지바;를 포함하고, 상기 연결판은, 상기 인접한 타 부재와의 결합을 위한 복수의 결합구가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 결합부재가 구비된 강관 버팀보에 관한 것이다. 본 발명을 통해, 폭에 비해 길이가 긴 중공 형상의 강관과, 상기 강관의 양측 단부 각각에 결합되는 결합부재를 포함함으로써, 결합강도가 우수하고, 축하중을 안정적으로 지지하며, 버팀보, 잭, 띠장, 측벽, 중간말뚝 등과 같은 다양한 타 부재와 견고하고, 안정적이면서도 쉽게 결합하고, 또한 타 부재와 서로 다른 방향으로 용이하게 결합하며, 그 결합되는 각도를 신속하고 간편하게 조절하는 효과를 제공할 수 있다.
