Washer Door Double Lock with Lid Lock Switch
The present invention relates to a door dual locking device of a washing machine having a lid lock switch, comprising: a housing (1); a motor (3) and a gear (5) accommodated in the housing; a locking means (10) having a locking protrusion (13) capable of sliding back and forth in one direction (forward) or the other direction (reverse) by motions of the motor and the gear; a sensing means (30) having a first contact terminal (33) and a second contact terminal (35) for sensing a level of the locking means, and a ground terminal (31); and a control unit regulating the locking device. The locking device is interconnected with a pre-set series of washing processing program and comprises a lid lock switch (40) having a self-closed circuit (50) which opens/closes a door of a washing machine by sliding a trigger device (a) in a contact method for sensing opening/closing the door of the washing machine and the locking means having the locking protrusion back and forth. Therefore, a unique effect is provided to prevent problems that the door opens during washing operations or does not open after washing, caused by program errors by defects of the washing machine itself, a lightning surge introduction in a control unit with a program embedded therein in summer season, surrounding magnetic field or electric fields.
본 발명은 리드락스위치를 갖는 세탁기 도어 이중 잠금장치에 관한 것으로, 하우징(1)과, 상기 하우징에 내장되는 모터(3) 및 기어(5)와, 상기 모터 및 기어의 동작에 의해 일방향(순방향) 혹은 타방향(역방향)으로 전ㆍ후진으로 슬라이딩 되는 잠금돌기(13)를 구비한 잠금수단(10)과, 상기 잠금수단 정도를 감지하는 제1접촉단자(33) 및 제2접촉단자(35)와 접지단자(31)를 갖는 감지수단(30) 및 잠금장치를 단속하는 제어부가 포함된 세탁기 도어 잠금장치에 있어서, 상기 잠금장치는, 사전에 설정된 일련의 세탁행정 프로그램과 연동하되, 세탁기 도어의 개폐를 감지하는 접촉방식의 트리거(Trigger) 소자 ⓐ와 상기 잠금돌기를 구비한 잠금수단을 전ㆍ후진으로 슬라이딩시켜 세탁기의 도어를 개폐 가능하도록 하는 자기폐회로(Self Closed Circuit, 50)를 갖는 리드락스위치(Lid Lock Switch, 40)가 포함됨으로써, 세탁기의 자체결함이나 프로그램이 내장된 제어부에 하절기 뇌서어지(Lightning surge) 유입이나 주변 자기장, 전기장에 의해 프로그램 오류가 발생하여 세탁기 동작 중에 도어가 개방되거나 세탁 후 도어가 열리지 않는 문제점을 방지할 수 있는 독특한 효과가 있다.
