Loess Wall Interior Material using Recycled Mesh and Manufacturing Method Thereof
The present invention relates to a plastic panel using a recycled mesh net. In particular, the plastic panel comprises: a mesh net; and a hardened plastic cured body which is filled between grids of the mesh net and coated on both sides of the mesh net to a predetermined thickness. The mesh net is a recycled mesh net which has already been used for other purposes to reuse resources, thereby minimizing environmental pollution and reducing cost of disposing the mesh net.
본 발명은 재사용 메쉬망을 이용한 플라스틱패널에 관한 것으로서, 특히 메쉬망과; 상기 메쉬망의 모눈 사이에 충진됨과 아울러 메쉬망의 양면에 일정두께로 도포되어 경화된 플라스틱 경화체;로 구성되되, 상기 메쉬방은 이미 다른 용도로 사용된 후 다시 사용되는 재사용 메쉬망을 채택함으로써, 자원을 재활용하여 환경오염을 최소화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 메쉬망의 폐기에 소요되는 비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
