The present invention relates to a tape for repairing a road crack using butyl rubber which is manufactured by properly mixing a specially processed butyl rubber system and coumarone resin, and cooling the same at room temperature in an air cooling method. The tape for repairing a road crack comprises an adhesive composition layer, a released paper layer, and a protective layer. The adhesive composition layer includes: 70 wt% of a base made of the butyl rubber; 5 wt% of process oil for reinforcing adhesion; 10 wt% of the coumarone resin; 10 wt% of calcium carbonate; and 5 wt% of polybutene. The released paper layer is attached to a lower part of the adhesive composition layer, and is composed of paper or silicon film to temporarily protect the adhesive composition layer. The protective layer is attached to an upper part of the adhesive composition layer and protects an adhesive composition. The present invention is able to maintain maximal flexibility and elasticity by providing the tape for repairing the road cracks having good durability. The present invention is excellent in a domestic climate condition where a temperature change is large because the tape is not bent at a low temperature or is not dropped at a high temperature with wide thermo-sensitivity having excellent cold resistance and heat resistance.
본 고안은 특수가공처리된 부틸고무계와 구마론 수지를 적절히 혼합한후 공냉법으로 상온에서 냉각 성형시켜 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부틸고무를 이용한 도로균열 보수용 테이프에 관한 것으로, 부틸고무로 이루어지는 기재 70중량%, 접착성 강화용 프로세스 오일 5중량%, 구마론 수지 10중량%, 탄산칼슘 10중 량%, 폴리부텐 5중량%로 이루어지는 점착 조성물층과; 상기 점착 조성물층 하부에 부착되어 조성물층을 임시보호토록 종 이 또는 실리콘 필름으로 이루어지는 박리지층과; 상기 점착 조성물층 상부에 부착되며, 점착 조성물을 보호하는 보호층으 로 이루어지는 것이 특징이며; 본 고안은 탁월한 내구성을 갖는 도로 균열 테이프를 제공하게 되어 유연성과 탄성이 최대한 유지되는 효과를 제공하고, 또한, 넓은 감온성은 내한성 및 내열성이 우수하여 저온에서 부러지거나 고온에서 흘러내리지 않아 온도변화가 큰 국내 기 후 조건에 가장 적합한 효과를 제공한다.
