ECHO-FRIENDLY FILLER HAVING CHAFF FOR ATRIFICIAL TURF AND STRUCTURE THEREOF
The present invention relates to an artificial turf filler and an artificial turf structure formed by being filled with the artificial turf filler. The artificial turf filler comprises: 0.1 to 50 parts by weight of chaff; 10 to 20 parts by weight of ocher powder; 10 to 30 parts by weight of thermoplastic elastomer; 10 to 20 parts by weight of mineral oil; 10 to 30 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin; and 10 to 20 parts by weight of one or more additives selected from a lubricant, a stabilizer and an inorganic additive with respect to 100 parts by weight of a physically cross-linked polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel. According to the present invention, the artificial turf filler and the artificial turf structure using the artificial turf filler have been manufactured, wherein the artificial turf filler can solve a problem of damages to lung health due to a rubber chip-crushed powder during using of rubber chips by using a water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel containing a predetermined amount or more of water. The artificial turf filler also makes users not be concerned about sliding on an artificial turf by containing the predetermined amount or more of water. Further, the artificial turf filler is advantageous to the users using the artificial turf by having an effect of inhibiting skin troubles or the like, and is able to suppress an overheating problem of the artificial turf.
본 발명은 물리적으로 가교된 폴리비닐알콜 하이드로겔 100중량부에 대하여 왕겨 0.1~50중량부, 황토 분말 10~20중량부, 열가소성 탄성체 10~30중량부, 미네랄 오일 10~20 중량부, 열가소성 수지 10~30중량부, 및 활제, 안정제 및 무기물 첨가제에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 첨가제 10~20 중량부로 구성된 인조잔디용 충진재와 이를 충진시킨 것으로 이루어진 인조 잔디 구조체에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 일정 함량 이상의 수분을 함유한 수용성 폴리비닐알콜 하이드로겔을 사용하여 고무칩을 사용함에 다른 고무칩 파쇄 분말로 인한 폐 건강 손상의 문제를 해결할 수 있고, 일정 함량 이상의 수분을 함유하고 있어 인조 잔디 위에서 미끄러질 염려가 없으며, 또한, 피부 트러블 등을 억제시키는 효과가 있어 인조잔디를 사용하는 사용자들에게 유리하며, 인조잔디의 과열 문제를 진정시킬 수 있는 효과를 가지는 인조 잔디 충진재와 이를 이용한 인조 잔디 구조체를 제조하였다.
