An apparatus for connecting a steel pipe according to the present invention comprises: a pin joint including a first groove and a rotation constraining groove formed in a circumferential direction on the outer surface thereof; a box joint including a second groove forming a circumferential groove with the first groove when being fastened to the pin joint, and a connecting groove extended from the outer surface to the second groove; a first shear connecting material fastened to the circumferential groove and constraining relative movement of the pin joint and the box joint in a shaft direction; and a second shear connecting material fastened to the connecting groove and the rotation constraining groove, and constraining relative movement of the pin joint and the box joint in the circumferential direction.
본 발명에 따른 강관 연결장치는 외면에 원주 방향으로 형성된 제1 홈과, 회전구속홈을 구비하는 핀 조인트; 상기 핀 조인트에 체결 시 상기 제1 홈과 함께 원주홈을 형성하는 제2 홈과, 외면에서 상기 제2 홈 쪽으로 연장되는 연결홈을 구비하는 박스 조인트; 상기 원주홈에 체결되어 상기 핀 조인트와 박스 조인트의 축방향 상대 이동을 구속하는 제1 전단열결재; 및 상기 연결홈과 상기 회전구속홈에 체결되고, 상기 핀 조인트와 박스 조인트의 원주방향 상대 이동을 구속하는 제2 전단연결재;를 포함한다.
An apparatus for connecting a steel pipe according to the present invention comprises: a pin joint including a first groove and a rotation constraining groove formed in a circumferential direction on the outer surface thereof; a box joint including a second groove forming a circumferential groove with the first groove when being fastened to the pin joint, and a connecting groove extended from the outer surface to the second groove; a first shear connecting material fastened to the circumferential groove and constraining relative movement of the pin joint and the box joint in a shaft direction; and a second shear connecting material fastened to the connecting groove and the rotation constraining groove, and constraining relative movement of the pin joint and the box joint in the circumferential direction.
