METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CARBON COMPOSITE PREFORM
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a carbon composite preform comprising: a first step of arranging carbon fibers in a longitudinal direction in parallel, putting a web carbon fiber unit on the same, punching the same with a needle, allowing the carbon fibers of the web carbon fiber unit to tie the carbon fibers, which are arranged in the longitudinal direction in parallel, in a horizontal direction to prevent separation of the carbon fibers arranged in the longitudinal direction in parallel, and manufacturing a mixed carbon fiber unit; a second step of laminating a predetermined number of mixed carbon fiber units to each other, punching the same with the needle, and allowing the carbon fiber including the mixed carbon fiber unit to combine the mixed carbon units in an interlayer; and a third step of graphitizing the interlayer-combined mixed carbon fiber units. The present invention is able to easily adjust density of the carbon composite preform.
본 발명에 따른 탄소복합재 프리폼 제조방법은, 탄소섬유들을 길이방향으로 평행하게 배치하고, 그 위에 웹 탄소섬유유닛을 올려놓고 니들펀칭하여, 상기 길이방향으로 평행하게 배치된 탄소섬유들이 분리되지 않게, 상기 웹 탄소섬유유닛의 탄소섬유로, 상기 길이방향으로 평행하게 배치된 탄소섬유들을 횡방향으로 묶어, 혼합 탄소섬유유닛을 만드는 제1단계; 상기 혼합 탄소섬유유닛들을 설정된 개수만큼 서로 적층하여 니들펀칭하여, 상기 혼합 탄소섬유유닛을 구성하는 탄소섬유 자체로, 상기 혼합탄소유닛들을 층간 결합시키는 제2단계; 및 상기 층간 결합된 혼합 탄소섬유유닛들을 흑연화시키는 제3단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
