The present invention relates to a damper apparatus, which connects a first structure and a second structure having different periods of vibration to buffer relative displacement generated by a difference in the periods of vibration. The damper apparatus comprises: a core fixing part fixed on the first structure; and a damper fixing part of which one side is fixed to the second structure and the other side is fixed to the core fixing part, and which is mounted in the direction to connect the first structure and the second structure in a transformable manner. The damper fixing part includes: a fixed fixing member fixed with the core fixing part; a movable fixing member fixed to the second structure and mounted to be movable relative to the fixed fixing member; and a damper board, which connects the fixed fixing member and the movable fixing member to be movable while being plastic-deformed in the direction to connect the first structure and the second structure.
본 발명은 진동주기가 상이한 제1 구조물과 제2 구조물 사이를 연결하고, 진동주기의 차이로 발생한 상대변위를 완충하도록 제공되는 댐퍼장치이고, 상기 제1 구조물에 고정되는 코어정착부; 일측은 상기 제2 구조물에 고정되고, 타측은 상기 코어정착부에 고정되며, 상기 제1 구조물과 상기 제2 구조물의 연결방향으로 변형 가능하게 설치되는 댐퍼정착부;를 포함하고, 상기 댐퍼정착부는, 상기 코어정착부와 고정되는 고정정착부재; 상기 제2 구조물에 고정되고, 상기 고정정착부재에 대해 이동 가능하게 설치되는 이동정착부재; 및, 상기 제1 구조물과 상기 제2 구조물의 연결방향으로 소성 변형되면서 상기 고정정착부재과 상기 이동정착부재를 이동 가능하게 연결하는 댐퍼판;을 구비하는 댐퍼장치를 제공한다.
