DIELECTRIC COMPOSITION AND MULTILAYER CERAMIC CAPACITOR HAVING THE SAME
The present disclosure relates to a dielectric composition and a multilayer ceramic capacitor including the same. The dielectric composition is a barium titanate dielectric composition. The dielectric composition has a particle shape including a long axis, a short axis disposed on the same plane as the long axis, and a vertical axis which is vertical to the long axis and the short axis, wherein a ratio of the length of the long axis to the length of the vertical axis is 1.5:1 or more and 30:1 or less. Accordingly, the present invention can implement a high dielectric constant.
본 개시는 유전체 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 적층 세라믹 커패시터에 관한 것인데, 상기 유전체 조성물은 티탄산바륨계 유전체 조성물로서, 상기 유전체 조성물은 장축, 상기 장축과 동일한 평면 상에 배치되는 단축, 상기 장축과 상기 단축의 모두에 대하여 수직한 수직축을 포함하며, 상기 장축의 길이 : 상기 수직축의 길이의 비는 1.5: 1 이상 30: 1 이하인 입자의 형상을 가진다.
DIELECTRIC COMPOSITION AND MULTILAYER CERAMIC CAPACITOR HAVING THE SAME
The present disclosure relates to a dielectric composition and a multilayer ceramic capacitor including the same. The dielectric composition is a barium titanate dielectric composition. The dielectric composition has a particle shape including a long axis, a short axis disposed on the same plane as the long axis, and a vertical axis which is vertical to the long axis and the short axis, wherein a ratio of the length of the long axis to the length of the vertical axis is 1.5:1 or more and 30:1 or less. Accordingly, the present invention can implement a high dielectric constant.
