Dielectric Powder and Multilayered Capacitor Using the Same
The present invention provides a dielectric powder for realizing a high dielectric constant and a laminated type capacitor having a high capacity in the same size by using the same. The dielectric powder is composed of a core-shell structure which includes a core region on an inner side and a shell region covering the core region. The core region is formed by grain growth of barium titanate (BaTiO_3) doped with a metal oxide. The shell region is composed of a ferroelectric material.
본 발명은, 내측의 코어 영역과 상기 코어 영역을 커버하는 쉘 영역을 포함하는 코어(core)-쉘(shell) 구조로 이루어지고, 상기 코어 영역은 금속 산화물이 도핑된 티탄산바륨(BaTiO)을 입성장하여 형성되고, 상기 쉘 영역은 강유전체로 이루어지는 유전체 파우더 및 이를 이용한 적층형 커패시터를 제공한다.
