DEEP CEMENT MIXING DEVICE FOR SEA CONSTRUCTION
The present invention provides a deep cement mixing apparatus for a sea construction. A technical problem to be solved is to provide a deep cement mixing apparatus for a sea construction, whereby a mixing blade of a mixing rod and a bushing in a mixing rod support portion supporting the mixing rod can be rapidly and inexpensively replaced. The deep cement mixing apparatus includes: a leader unit extending from an end of a ship toward an upper portion; a lifting unit coupled to the leader unit so as to be able to move up and down; and a driving unit having an auger machine coupled to the lifting unit, a gear box coupled to the auger machine, and a mixing rod coupled to the gear box so as to perform deep mixing, wherein the mixing rod has a plurality of mixing blades extending in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the mixing rod, wherein a replaceable mixing tip is further coupled to an end of the mixing blade.
본 발명의 다양한 실시예는 해상 공사용 심층 교반 장치에 관한 것으로, 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제는 교반 로드의 교반 날개 및 교반 로드를 지지하는 교반 로드 지지부 내의 부싱을 신속하고도 저비용으로 교체할 수 있는 해상 공사용 심층 교반 장치를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 선박의 끝단에 상부를 향하여 연장 설치된 리더부; 상기 리더부에 승강 가능하게 결합된 승강부; 및, 상기 승강부에 결합된 오거 머신과, 상기 오거 머신에 결합된 기어 박스와, 상기 기어 박스에 결합되어 심층 교반을 수행하는 교반 로드로 이루어진 구동부를 포함하고, 상기 교반 로드는 상기 교반 로드의 길이 방향에 수직 방향으로 연장된 다수의 교반 날개를 포함하며, 상기 교반 날개의 끝단에는 교체 가능한 교반 팁이 더 결합된 해상 공사용 심층 교반 장치를 개시한다.
