The present invention provides a deceleration assembly for a roll screen, which comprises: a housing having an internal space; a reduction module having a friction rotating unit viscous friction rotating in the internal space to generate a reduction force; a connection shaft extending to the outside in the internal space to transmit the reduction force to an object in the outside; and a selection transmission module enabling the reduction force of the reduction module to be selectively transmitted to the object via the connection shaft when the connection shaft rotates in only a first direction of first and second directions.
