The present invention relates to a composite waterproofing method in which insulation performance and waterproofing performance are improved. A composite waterproofing method comprising an adhesive layer, a heat insulating material layer, an adhesive sheet layer and a urethane coating layer satisfies both insulation performance and waterproof performance and effectively absorbs by the insulation and urethane coating against the behavior so that the physical properties such as durability as a whole can be improved. The present invention includes a base surface cleaning step of cleaning the base surface; an adhesive applying step of forming an adhesive layer by applying a predetermined thickness of an adhesive on a surface of the substrate; inserting a heat insulating material on the adhesive layer formed through the adhesive applying step to form a heat insulating material layer; a step of adhering an adiabatic sheet of a certain thickness on the heat insulating material layer installed through the step of installing the adiabatic material to form an eccentric sheet to block the ejaculation formed between the adiabatic materials; and a urethane coating layer forming step of forming a urethane coating layer having a predetermined thickness on the acyclovitate layer formed through the adhering sheet attaching step.
본 발명은 단열성능과 방수성능을 향상시킨 복합방수공법에 관한 것으로서, 접착제층과, 단열재층과, 자착시트층 및 우레탄 도막층으로 이루어지는 복합방수공법에 의해 단열성능 및 방수성능을 모두 만족하면서, 거동에 대하여 단열재 및 우레탄 도막에 의해 효과적으로 흡수하여 전체적으로 내구성 등의 물리적 특성이 향상되도록 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 바탕면을 정리하는 바탕면 정리단계와; 상기 바탕면 정리단계를 통해 정리된 바탕면 상에 접착제를 일정두께 도포하여 접착제층을 형성하는 접착제 도포단계와; 상기 접착제 도포단계를 통해 형성된 접착제층 상에 단열재를 포설시켜 단열재층을 형성하는 단열재 포설단계와; 상기 단열재 포설단계를 통해 포설된 단열재층 상에 일정두께의 자착시트를 부착시켜 단열재들 사이에 형성된 뜸새를 막아주도록 자착시트층을 형성하는 자착시트 부착단계; 및 상기 자착시트 부착단계를 통해 형성된 자착시트층 상에 일정두께의 우레탄 도막층이 형성되도록 하는 우레탄 도막형성단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
