The present invention relates to a work car for a tunnel baffle wall having a safe footboard. The work car for a tunnel baffle wall comprises: a floor frame having a plurality of wheels mounted at a lower portion to transport the work car and an operating part for operating the wheels; an upper board, which is an upper surface of the work car and has a coupling bracket combined with a safe footboard; a vertical frame for supporting a vertical load of the upper board by connecting the floor frame and the upper board with each other, wherein a drop preventing means for preventing construction members from dropping down are combined with front and rear parts thereof; and a guard rail combined with the vertical frame to surround the outer circumferential surface of the upper board so as to prevent a worker from falling down from the work car. The safe footboard comprises: a first safe footboard having a plurality of first footboard frames connected in width and length directions of the upper board and combined with the coupling bracket, a first support frame formed at upper portions of the first footboard frame to support a worker′s load, and a height adjusting member formed at a lower portion of the first footboard frame to adjust height of the safe footboard; and a second safe footboard detachably stacked on the upper portion of the first safe footboard, and having a metal net for preventing the construction members or construction tools from being separated from the safe footboard, and a metal pad combined with an upper surface to prevent workers from slipping onto an upper portion of the metal net during work.

본 발명은 안전발판이 구비된 터널 방음벽용 작업대차에 관한 것으로, 하부에 작업대차를 이송하는 복수의 바퀴와 상기 바퀴를 구동시키는 구동부가 구성된 바닥 프레임; 작업대자의 상부면을 이루며, 안전발판이 결합되는 체결 브라켓이 구성된 상판; 상기 바닥 프레임과 상판을 연결하여 상기 상판의 수직 하중을 지지하며, 전후방으로 시공부재들이 낙하하는 것을 방지하는 낙하 방지수단이 결합되는 수직 프레임; 상기 수직 프레임에 결합되며, 상기 상판의 외측 둘레면을 감싸도록 구성되어 작업자가 작업대차로부터 추락하는 것을 방지하는 안전난간;을 포함하고, 상기 상판의 폭 및 길이 방향으로 다수개가 연결되며, 상기 체결 브라켓과 결합되는 제1발판 프레임과, 상기 제1발판 프레임의 상부에 형성되며, 작업자의 하중을 지지하는 제1지지 프레임과, 상기 제1발판 프레임의 하부에 구성되며, 안전발판의 높이를 조절하는 높이 조절부재로 이루어진 제1안전발판; 및 상기 제1안전발판의 상부에 분리 가능하게 적층되게 구성되며, 시공부재나 시공도구들이 안전발판으로부터 이탈하는 것을 방지하는 금속망과, 상기 금속망의 상부로 작업자들이 작업 도중 미끄러짐이 발생하는 것을 방지하는 금속패드가 상부면에 결합되는 제2안전발판으로 구성된 안전발판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
