The present invention relates to a smart parking system of a multi-level parking garage that can quickly move incoming or outgoing vehicles by a lifting device. The smart parking system includes a parking unit for both incoming and outgoing vehicles having left and right conveyor belts which are rotated in an endless track fashion; a control unit, disposed at a center of the parking unit, for controlling a power of a power transmission unit, and a rotation direction, speed and rotating distance of the left and right conveyor belts to move the vehicle transferred from the parking unit in left and right directions; a guide unit having a pair of front and rear guide rails which are opposite to each other in a space between the vehicles to be parked; and a lifting device for lifting the vehicle in an elevator fashion and moving the vehicle forward or backward along the guide unit, so that a front/rear slide panel provided with an interlocking conveyor belt is moved along the guide unit. The left and right conveyor belts and the interlocking conveyor belt have units connected to each other by pins to provide continuity. The unit has a lower unit having a plurality of locking hooks provided at regular intervals along both sides of a linear panel, a pin connector provided between the locking hooks to which the pin is connected, and a plurality of engaging holes formed in the linear panel, and an upper cover connected to the lower unit to cover the locking hooks.
