The present invention relates to a soundproof material attaching device of a temporary soundproof panel, which manufactures a temporary soundproof panel by bonding a soundproof material of a roll state to a temporary panel installed for blocking a construction inner section and an outer section of a construction site. A work frame (1) extended in one direction includes a temporary panel (P), forms a plurality of support rollers (2), which come in rolling contact with the temporary panel, in a horizontal axis direction. An unwinder (20) for unwinding a soundproof material (22) in parallel with a temporary panel transfer direction of the work frame (1) is separated from an upper part of a support roller in the center of the work frame. A winder (10) for winding a release tape (23) of the soundproof material (22) is formed in one side of the unwinder (20). The present invention includes a first press unit (30) and a second press unit (40). The first press unit provides transfer power of temporary panel mounted in the other side of the unwinder (20), and includes a pair of rollers (37, 38) attached to the temporary panel (P) by pressing a peeling soundproof material (24) for peeling the release tape. The second press unit spreads and attaches both ends of the peeling soundproof material to groove units (Pa) of both ends of the temporary panel (P) passing the first press unit (30). The present invention presses and attaches the peeling soundproof material (24) to the temporary panel (P) which is continuously inputted, and discharges the same in one axis direction. According to the present invention, it is possible to easily manufacture a temporary soundproof panel.
본 발명은 공사현장 등의 시공 내부 구역과 외부 구역을 차단하기 위해 설치되는 가설 패널에 롤 상태의 방음재를 접합하여 가설 방음 패널을 제작하는 가설 방음패널의 방음재 부착장치에 관한 것으로 가설 패널(P)을 탑재하며 가설 패널과 구름 접촉을 이루는 다수의 지지 롤러(2)를 수평 일축 방향으로 형성한 일 방향으로 긴 작업 프레임(1)과, 상기 작업 프레임(1)의 가설 패널 이송 방향과 나란히 방음재(22)를 풀기 위한 언 와인더(20)를 작업 프레임 중앙 부근 지지 롤러 상부로 이격하여 이루고, 상기 언 와인더(20) 일측으로 방음재(22)의 이형지(23)를 권취하는 와이더(10)를 형성하고, 상기 언 와인더(20) 타측으로 탑재한 가설 패널 이송 동력을 제공하며 이형지를 박리한 박리 방음재(24)를 가압하여 가설 패널(P)에 접착하는 1쌍의 롤러(37, 38)를 갖는 제1압착부(30)와, 상기 제1압착부(30)를 통과한 가설 패널(P)의 양측단 홈부(Pa)에 박리 방음재 양단을 펼쳐 접착하는 제2압착부(40)로 이루어 연속적으로 탑재 투입한 가설 패널(P)에 대해 박리 방음재(24)를 가압 접착시키며 일축 방향으로 배출하도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
