The present invention relates to a bolt head safety cover in which, when the safety cover is covered on a fastened bolt head and gripped by a tool to rotate the safety cover, an idle rotation cover (180) is idly rotated, so that a bolt is not released by gripping the bolt with the tool, and the bolt is not released unless an exclusive key is used. The safety cover includes: a cylindrical cover (110) having a spring groove (161) formed along an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical cover (110) and a spring (166) mounted in the spring groove (161); an idle rotation cover (180) covering an outside of the cover (110) and having a spring groove (181) formed along an inner circumferential surface of the idle rotation cover (180) to allow the spring (166) mounted in the cover (110) to be hooked and mounted in the spring groove (181) so as to idly rotate along the outer circumferential surface of the cover (110); a rotation body (120) mounted in the cover (110) and rotated when a key (300) is inserted in the rotation body (120) and turned; a first gear (141) coupled to the rotation body (120) to rotate along with rotation of the rotation body (120); a second gear (142) rotatably engaged with the first gear (141); and a latch (150) coupled to a rotation shaft (156) of the second gear (142) and inserted in or removed from a latching groove (210) formed in a bolt head (200) while being rotated.
본 발명은 외면 원주를 따라 형성된 스프링홈(161)이 형성되고 스프링(161)에 스프링(161)이 장착된 원통모양의 커버(110)와; 커버(110) 외부에 씌워지고 내면 원주를 따라 형성된 스프링홈(181)에 커버(110)에 장착된 스프링(161)이 걸려서 장착되어 커버(110) 외면 원주를 따라 겉돌도록 형성된 겉돌기커버(180)와; 커버(110) 내에 장착되고 키(300)를 삽입하여 돌리면 회전하도록 형성된 회전체(120)와; 회전체(120)에 결합되어 회전체(120)의 회전과 같이 회전하도록 형성된 기어1(141)과; 기어1(141)과 맞물려 회전하는 기어2(142) 및; 기억(142)의 회전축(156)에 결합되어 회전하면서 볼트머리(200)에 형성된 걸림홈(210)에 삽입 또는 삽탈되도록 형성된 걸쇠(150);를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트머리 안전커버에 관한 것으로, 체결된 볼트머리를 씌워서 연장을 사용하여 안전커버를 집어서 돌리게 되면 겉돌기커버(180)가 겉돌게 되어 연장으로 집어서 볼트를 풀 수 없도록 형성되고, 해당하는 키를 사용하지 않으면 볼트를 풀 수 없도록 형성된 안전커버를 제공하는 것이다.
