Pile coupler
The present invention relates to a pile coupler and a pile coupling method using the pile coupler, and relates to a pile embedded in the ground to support a structure, such as a photovoltaic power generation system. More specifically, a pair of pile couplers is disposed, and each pile coupler comprises: a semicircular disc part having a semicircular cross section; and coupling slabs protruding outwardly from the semicircular disc part and having a plurality of coupling grooves formed in a longitudinal direction. The semicircular disc part includes: an upper semicircular disc formed to a predetermined length; a lower semicircular disc extending down from the upper semicircular disc in the longitudinal direction and formed to a predetermined length; and a support slab protruding toward the center of the inner wall semicircle of the semicircular disc part to be formed horizontally. The upper semicircular disc and the lower semicircular disc have compression protrusions in order to increase combining force by compressing an outer circumferential surface of the pile when the pile coupler is combined. The compression protrusion has a protrusion part protruding inwardly according to a semicircular shape of walls of the upper semicircular disc and the lower semicircular disc. A pair of the pile couplers is provided to combine the coupling slabs with each other by coupling the coupling means through the coupling grooves formed in the coupling slabs to connect piles.
본 발명은 파일커플러 및 이를 이용한 파일 체결방법에 관한 것으로서, 태양광발전시설 장치와 같은 구조물을 떠받치기 위하여 지반에 박히도록 설치되는 파일(pile)에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 상기 파일커플러는, 횡단면이 반원 형상인 반원판부와; 상기 반원판부의 외측방향으로 각각 돌출 형성되어 길이방향을 따라 복수의 체결홈이 형성되어 있는 체결평판을; 포함하여 한 쌍 구비되고, 상기 반원판부는, 일정 길이로 형성된 상부반원판부와; 상기 상부반원판부로부터 길이 방향 아래로 연장되며, 일정 길이로 형성되는 하부반원판부와; 상기 상부반원판부와 하부반원판부를 가르도록 상기 반원판부의 내벽 반원의 중심으로 돌출하여 수평하게 형성되는 지지평판을; 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 상부반원판부와 하부반원판부에는, 파일커플러를 체결했을 때 파일의 외주면을 압착하여 결합력을 높이기 위해 압착돌기가 각각 형성되어 있고, 상기 압착돌기는 상부반원판부와 하부반원판부의 벽의 반원 형상을 따라 내측으로 돌출된 돌출부로 형성되며, 상기 파일커플러는 한 쌍이 구비되어 각 체결평판에 형성된 체결홈을 통해 체결수단을 체결하여 서로 결합시켜 파일을 연결하도록 구성된다.
