Dustproof building material
The present invention relates to a dustproof building material capable of effectively blocking interlayer noise delivered between layers of a building, and maximizing a heat insulation effect by conduction and radiant heat shielding. The dustproof building material comprises: a dustproof pipe sheet unit which continuously arranges synthetic resin dustproof pipes having 3-10 mm diameters in a side direction; a radiant heat shielding sheet unit which is made of a metal sheet attached to an upper surface of the dustproof pipe sheet unit to shield radiant heat; and a conduction insulation unit which is made of foam synthetic resin to shield conduction heat on an upper part of the radiant heat shielding sheet unit. The present invention blocks the interlayer noise delivered between the layers of the building by the dustproof pipe sheet unit including a plurality of synthetic resin dustproof pipes, and maximizes the heat insulation effect by the conduction and radiant heat shielding.
본 발명은 방진 건축자재에 관한 것으로서, 건축물의 층간으로 전달되는 층간소음을 효과적으로 차단하며 전도 및 복사열차단에 의하여 단열효과를 극대화할 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 방진 건축자재에 있어서, 3~10mm 직경을 갖는 합성수지 방진파이프를 측방향으로 연속배열하여 형성한 방진관시트부와 상기 방진관시트부의 상면에 복사열을 반사 차단할 수 있게 접착구비되는 금속시트로 이루어진 복사열차단시트부 및 상기 복사열차단시트의 상부에 전도열을 차단할 수 있게 발포합성수지로 이루어진 전도단열부로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 다수의 합성수지 방진파이프로 이루어진 방진관시트부에 의하여 건축물의 층간으로 전달되는 층간소음이 차단되는 효과를 가지며, 전도 및 복사열차단에 의하여 단열효과를 극대화되는 효과를 갖는 것이다.
