Exterior finish material fixing structure for building
The present invention relates to a structure for fixing an exterior finish material of a building, the structure comprising: a pair of anchor bolts fixed to a wall; a support plate having a vertical piece having a guide hole to receive and guide the anchor bolts, and horizontal piece formed on an upper portion of the vertical piece at a right angle and formed with a guide hole for fixing and guiding a fixing bolt; a fixing member fixed to the upper portion of the support plate by a fixing bolt; a fixing pipe closely fixed to the fixing member; and an angle member fixed to the fixing pipe. The support plate is fixed to the anchor bolt, and the fixing member is fixed to the upper portion of the support plate. After the fixing pipe is fixed to the fixing member, a guide member and a fixing member are installed to an elongated hole formed in the fixing pipe, and then connected to the angle, thereby firmly supporting the relatively heavy exterior finish material, such as natural stones including marble or granite stone. Also, the support plate is primarily fixed to the concrete wall by the anchor bolts, and the support plate is secondarily fixed to the wall by reinforcing anchor bolts, thereby preventing problems in that portions of the anchor bolt and the angle are bent by the weight of the exterior finish material, and the concrete wall is broken by the anchor bolts.
본 발명은 건축물 외장 마감재 고정구조에 관한 것으로서, 벽체에 고정되는 한 쌍의 앵커볼트와, 상기 한 쌍의 앵커볼트가 관통안내되기 위해 안내공이 형성된 수직편부와, 상기 수직편부 상부로 직교되는 형태로 형성되며, 고정볼트가 고정 및 안내되기 위해 안내공이 형성된 수평편부를 더 포함하는 지지판과, 상기 지지판 상부에 고정볼트에 의해 고정설치되는 고정편체;와, 상기 고정편체에 밀착고정되는 고정파이프;와, 상기 고정파이프에 고정설치되는 앵글부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상술한 바와 같이 본 발명은 앵커볼트에 고정되는 지지판 및 상기 지지판 상부로 고정편체를 고정설치하고, 상기 고정편체에 고정파이프를 고정한 후, 상기 고정파이프에 형성된 장공에 안내구 및 고정구를 설치하여 앵글과 연결고정되는 구조를 갖는 건축물 외장 마감재 고정구조를 제공함으로써, 대리석이나 화강석 같은 천연석재 등을 비교적 큰 무게를 가진 외장 마감재를 견고히 지지할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 1차적으로, 한 쌍의 앵커볼트를 사용하여 지지판을 콘크리트 벽면에 밀착고정하고, 2차적으로 보강앵커볼트로 지지판을 벽면에 밀착고정함으로써, 비교적 무게가 큰 천연석재 등의 외장 마감재의 무게에 의해 발생하는 앵커볼트 및 앵글 일부분이 휘어지는 현상 및 앵커볼트에 의해 콘크리트 내벽이 파손되는 문제점를 완전히 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
