Vacuum insulation using slag wool
The present invention relates to a vacuum insulation material using slag wool. At the time, the vacuum insulation material using slag wool improves a performance deterioration level while preventing damage to the outer surface of the vacuum insulation material due to sharp particles inevitably occurring in a slag wool manufacturing process by finishing the slag wool surface made of steel making process impurities. Particularly, in order to reduce the manufacturing cost of the vacuum insulation material along with industrial waste recycling, the present invention comprises: a core material layer (10); an outer skin layer (20); a protective layer (30); and an absorption agent (40).
본 발명은 슬래그 울을 이용한 진공단열재에 관련되며, 이때 슬래그 울을 이용한 진공단열재는 철강 제선 공정 불순물로 제조되는 슬래그 울 표면을 마감처리하여 슬래그 울 제조시 필연적으로 생성되는 날카로운 입자에 의한 진공단열재 외피손상을 방지하면서 성능 열화(劣化) 수준을 개선하고, 특히 산업폐기물 재활용과 더불어 진공단열재 제조원가 절감을 도모하기 위해 심재층(10), 외피층(20), 보호층(30), 흡착제(40)를 포함하여 주요구성으로 이루어진다.

The present invention relates to a vacuum insulation material using slag wool.
