TRANSPARENT SOUNDPROOF PANEL FIXING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a device to fix an edge of soundproof glass, which fixes the soundproof glass forming a soundproof wall without drilling a hole thereon to reduce construction costs of a transparent soundproof wall or tunnel, and quickly and easily perform construction work. To achieve this, according to the present invention, a fixing device comprises: an elastic mounting plate (10) having a guide partition (11) formed on an upper surface to mount an edge portion of a plurality of soundproof glass sheets (100); a metallic base plate (20) coupled to the lower part of the mounting plate (10); a pressing head (30) to press and support the edge portion of the soundproof glass mounted on the mounting plate (20) from an upper part; a fixing bolt screw-coupled to the base plate to fix the pressing head (30); and a rubber cap (50) coupled to the pressing head to prevent the fixing bolt (40) from being exposed to the outside.
본 발명은 방음유리 모서리 고정장치에 관한 것으로서, 방음벽을 이루게 되는 방음유리에 홀가공을 하지 않고 방음유리의 고정이 가능하도록 함으로서 투명 방음벽 또는 방음터널의 시공비용을 절감시킴과 함께 시공작업이 보다 신속하고 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명의 고정장치는, 다수의 방음유리(100)의 모서리부위가 안착되어질 수 있도록 가이드격벽(11)이 상면에 형성된 탄성재질의 안착플레이트(10)와; 상기 안착플레이트(10)의 하부에 결합되는 금속재질의 베이스플레이트(20)와; 상기 안착플레이트(20)에 안착된 방음유리의 모서리부위를 상부에서 가압 지지하기 위한 가압헤드(30)와; 상기 가압헤드(30)를 고정시키기 위해 베이스플레이트에 나사체결이 이루어지는 고정볼트(40)와; 상기 고정볼트(40)의 외부 노출을 방지하기 위해 가압헤드에 결합되는 고무캡(50);을 포함하는 구성을 이루는 것을 특징으로 한다.
