METHOD OF CONNECTING AND REINFORCING STEEL PIPES AND FASTENER USED THEREIN
The present invention relates to a tube joining method and a fastener used therefor, characterized by comprising: a fixing bolt having a head unit having a small cross section as compared with a joint hole and a body unit having a male thread portion extending in the small cross section compared to the head unit; a folding washer which interferes with the joint hole in a deployed state, but passes through the joint hole when a posture is changed in a folded state, and force to unfold itself is applied; and a fixing nut which is fastened to a part of the body unit located outside the joint hole in a state where the head unit and the folding washer are inserted into the joint hole. Therefore, even if the inner diameter of a first tube is narrow, a coupling tube and the first tube can be jointed to each other by a rigid and simple process, and the joinable fastener and the tube joining method using the same can be provided.
본 발명은 튜브의 이음 방법 및 이에 사용되는 체결구에 관한 것으로, 이음 구멍에 비하여 작은 단면의 머리부와, 상기 머리부에 비하여 작은 단면으로 연장되고 수나사산이 형성된 몸통부로 이루어진 고정 볼트와; 펼쳐진 상태에서는 상기 이음 구멍에 간섭되지만 접혀진 상태에서 자세를 바꾸면 상기 이음 구멍을 통과하되, 스스로 펼쳐지려는 힘이 작용하는 접이식 와셔와; 상기 머리부와 상기 접이식 와셔가 상기 이음 구멍에 삽입된 상태에서, 상기 이음 구멍의 바깥에 위치한 상기 몸통부의 일부에 체결되는 고정 너트를; 포함하여 구성되어, 제1튜브의 내경이 비좁은 경우에도 연결 튜브와 제1튜브를 견고하면서도 간단한 공정으로 상호 결합하여 이음이 가능한 이음 체결구 및 이를 이용한 튜브 이음 방법을 제공한다.
