The present invention relates to a barge usually used for marine transportation, in which a cargo is loaded on a deck of a hull of a pontoon shape, and the cargo is towed by other ship together with the hull. More specifically, the deck of the hull is provided with a vehicle loading space having vehicle securing members, as well as a cargo loading space, and the vehicle loading space and the cargo loading space are divided at a proper area ratio along a longitudinal direction of the hull. The vehicle loading space is provided with a cargo house having a house door for vehicles, so that the vehicles loaded in the space are not influenced by external environments at marine transportation. The vehicles usually transported by a car ferry or a passenger ship can be transported by the barge, on which the vehicles and various cargoes are loaded, thereby inexpensively and safely transporting the vehicles and thus minimizing a financial load of residents often traveling between an island and an inland or tourists. The application of the barge limited to cargo transportation only is widely expanded to increase the commercial value of use thereof. If necessary, the length of the cargo house for the vehicles is easily decreased so that a part of the vehicle loading space can be used as the cargo loading space, thereby effectively distributing the limited space of the hull depending upon the loading amounts of the cargos and the vehicles to be transported.
본 발명은 폰툰(Pontoon) 형태로 제작된 선체의 갑판상에 화물을 적재하여 해당 화물을 선체와 함께 다른 선박으로 예인시키는 방식의 해상 운송에 주로 사용되는 바지선에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 바지선의 선체 갑판상에 선박용 차량 고박수단이 제공된 차량적재공간을 화물적재공간과 함께 배치하되, 상기 차량적재공간과 화물적재공간을 선체의 길이 방향에 걸쳐 적절한 면적 비율로 나누어 구획시키고, 상기 차량적재공간에는 차량 출입용 하우스도어를 구비하는 카고하우스를 설치하여 해당 공간으로 적재된 차량이 해상 운송시의 외부 환경에 거의 영향을 받지 않도록 함으로서, 기존에 카페리선이나 여객선을 이용하여 운송되었던 차량을 비자항선인 바지선의 갑판상에 각종 화물과 함께 적재시켜 보다 저렴한 운송비용으로 안전하게 운송시킬 수 있도록 하고, 이를 통하여 섬과 내륙을 자주 왕래하는 주민들이나 여행객들의 경제적인 부담을 최소화시키는 한편, 화물 운송에만 국한되었던 바지선의 용도를 보다 폭넓게 확보하여 바지선의 상업적 활용가치를 크게 고양시킬 수 있도록 하며, 필요시 차량용 카고하우스의 길이를 손쉽게 줄여 차량적재공간의 일부를 화물적재공간으로도 활용할 수 있도록 함에 따라, 운송코자 하는 화물과 차량의 적재량에 맞추어 선체의 제한된 공간을 보다 더 효율적으로 분배시킬 수 있도록 한 차량의 적재공간이 설치된 바지선에 관한 것이다.
