The present invention aims to provide a covering material for a rust preventive surface for rust preventive properties and chloride ion immobilization of a reinforced concrete structure, wherein the covering material comprises a special cement mortar powder, SBR latex, an amino acid corrosion inhibitor and water, so that the rust preventive properties used for a reinforced steel corrosion repair method of compound deterioration in the reinforced concrete structure in which a risk of corrosion or corrosion of the reinforcing steel due to salt damage, neutralization or salt damage and neutralization of the reinforced concrete structure. It is possible to fix the chloride ion (Cl-fixed) with the rust preventive properties which are used for the reinforced steel corrosion repair method of compound deterioration of the reinforced concrete structure.
본 발명은 철근콘크리트 구조물의 방청성과 염화물이온 고정화를 구비한 방청표면피복재를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 특수시멘트 모르터파우더와 SBR 라텍스와 아미노산계 부식억제제와 물을 포함하여 구성함으로서, 철근콘크리트 구조물의 염해, 중성화 또는 염해 및 중성화 복합현상에 의한 철근의 부식이나 부식될 우려가 있는 철근콘크리트 구조물의 복합열화의 철근부식 보수공법에 사용되는 방청성을 구비하고 염화물이온의 고정화(Cl고정)가 가능하다.
