SAFETY HOOK DEVICE
Disclosed is a safety hook device. The safety hook device according to the present invention is combined with a rope connected to a worker′s safety bar in a state that the safety hook device is coupled with a scaffold in an industrial site to support the worker. The safety hook device comprises: a pair of tong parts having a first ring part and a second ring part of a semi-ring shape disposed at an end portion to do a relative rotation and to be opened and closed in a state to face each other, coupled to a scaffold in a ring shape or released from the scaffold, and linked with the rope; a safety operation unit disposed at the other end portion of the tong parts and rotating to selectively open and close the first and second ring parts; and a manipulation unit pressing the safety operation unit to open the first and second ring parts. The safety hook device according to the present invention allows a worker to easily couple or release the safety hook device to or from the scaffold in an industrial site by gripping the tong parts having the first ring part and the second ring part, which relatively rotate in the state to face each other, can prevent the coupling from being released structurally after being coupled since having the safety operation unit to selectively open and close the first and second ring parts, adopts a direct gripping method by the worker since having the manipulation unit for pressing the safety operation unit by pressing power to open the first and second ring parts, and release the coupling of the safety hook device even at a separation distance where the worker cannot directly grip the safety hook device.
안전걸이장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 안전걸이장치는, 산업현장의 비계 등에 체결된 상태에서 고소 작업자가 착용하는 안전대에 연결된 로프와 결합되어 작업자를 지탱하는 안전걸이장치에 있어서, 서로 마주한 상태로 상대회동하며 개폐되는 반고리형의 제1 고리부와 제2 고리부가 각각 일단부에 구비되어 비계 등에 고리형태로 체결 또는 체결해제되고, 상기 로프와 연결되는 한 쌍의 집게부; 상기 집게부의 타단부 쪽에 구비되어 상기 제1,2 고리부 간 개폐가 선택적으로 이루어지도록 회동하는 안전작동부; 및 상기 안전작동부를 가압하여 상기 제1,2 고리부가 개방되도록 하는 조작부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 서로 마주한 상태로 상대회동하며 개폐되는 반고리형의 제1 고리부와 제2 고리부를 갖는 한 쌍의 집게부가 마련됨에 따라 통상의 집게를 사용하는 것처럼 작업자가 파지하여 산업현장의 비계 등에 안전걸이장치를 손쉽게 체결 및 체결해제할 수 있음은 물론, 제1,2 고리부 간 개폐가 선택적으로 이루어지도록 하는 안전작동부가 마련됨에 따라 체결 후에는 구조적으로 체결해제가 방지될 수 있고, 가압력의 인가에 의해 안전작동부를 가압하여 제1,2 고리부가 개방되도록 하는 조작부가 마련됨에 따라 작업자에 의한 직접 파지 방식은 물론, 작업자가 직접 파지할 수 없는 이격된 거리에서도 안전걸이장치의 체결해제가 이루어질 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Disclosed is a safety hook device. The safety hook device according to the present invention is combined with a rope connected to a worker′s safety bar in a state that the safety hook device is coupled with a scaffold in an industrial site to support the worker. The safety hook device comprises: a pair of tong parts having a first ring part and a second ring part of a semi-ring shape disposed at an end portion to do a relative rotation and to be opened and closed in a state to face each other, coupled to a scaffold in a ring shape or released from the scaffold, and linked with the rope; a safety operation unit disposed at the other end portion of the tong parts and rotating to selectively open and close the first and second ring parts; and a manipulation unit pressing the safety operation unit to open the first and second ring parts. The safety hook device according to the present invention allows a worker to easily couple or release the safety hook device to or from the scaffold in an industrial site by gripping the tong parts having the first ring part and the second ring part, which relatively rotate in the state to face each other, can prevent the coupling from being released structurally after being coupled since having the safety operation unit to selectively open and close the first and second ring parts, adopts a direct gripping method by the worker since having the manipulation unit for pressing the safety operation unit by pressing power to open the first and second ring parts, and release the coupling of the safety hook device even at a separation distance where the worker cannot directly grip the safety hook device.
안전걸이장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 안전걸이장치는, 산업현장의 비계 등에 체결된 상태에서 고소 작업자가 착용하는 안전대에 연결된 로프와 결합되어 작업자를 지탱하는 안전걸이장치에 있어서, 서로 마주한 상태로 상대회동하며 개폐되는 반고리형의 제1 고리부와 제2 고리부가 각각 일단부에 구비되어 비계 등에 고리형태로 체결 또는 체결해제되고, 상기 로프와 연결되는 한 쌍의 집게부; 상기 집게부의 타단부 쪽에 구비되어 상기 제1,2 고리부 간 개폐가 선택적으로 이루어지도록 회동하는 안전작동부; 및 상기 안전작동부를 가압하여 상기 제1,2 고리부가 개방되도록 하는 조작부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 서로 마주한 상태로 상대회동하며 개폐되는 반고리형의 제1 고리부와 제2 고리부를 갖는 한 쌍의 집게부가 마련됨에 따라 통상의 집게를 사용하는 것처럼 작업자가 파지하여 산업현장의 비계 등에 안전걸이장치를 손쉽게 체결 및 체결해제할 수 있음은 물론, 제1,2 고리부 간 개폐가 선택적으로 이루어지도록 하는 안전작동부가 마련됨에 따라 체결 후에는 구조적으로 체결해제가 방지될 수 있고, 가압력의 인가에 의해 안전작동부를 가압하여 제1,2 고리부가 개방되도록 하는 조작부가 마련됨에 따라 작업자에 의한 직접 파지 방식은 물론, 작업자가 직접 파지할 수 없는 이격된 거리에서도 안전걸이장치의 체결해제가 이루어질 수 있는 효과가 있다.
