The present invention relates to an interfloor sound insulation construction method of a concrete slab using a module type interfloor sound insulation material to simplify an installation process, a composition is pre-manufactured in the shape of a module integrated with a filling unit composed of a foaming synthetic resin external member and a porous lightweight cement-based material such as bubble concrete. Therefore, excellent sound insulation performance is provided, and production costs can be reduced. Moreover, standardized shape is provided to simplify assembly and installation processes to reduce construction costs and shorten a period of construction.
본 발명은 발포합성수지 외부 부재와, 기포 콘크리트와 같은 다공성 경량 시멘트계 재료로 이루어진 채움부재를 일체화한 모듈(module) 형태로 공장에서 사전 제작되어 현장에서 콘크리트 슬래브 위에 포설되는 구성을 가짐으로써, 우수한 차음성능을 발휘하면서도 생산단가를 줄일 수 있고, 표준화된 형태를 가짐으로써 조립 및 설치 공정을 간소화시킬 수 있게 되어 공사비의 절감 및 공사기간의 단축 효과를 발휘하게 되는 "설치공정 간소화가 가능한 모듈형 층간차음재"를 이용한 콘크리트 슬래브의 층간차음 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
