The present invention relates to a sludge processing apparatus having a screen of a vertical caterpillar type, the apparatus comprising: a casing having a lower portion installed in a channel and having a sewage inlet port horizontally connected to a lower portion of the channel, the casing being vertically stood; a transfer chain moving along the caterpillar enclosing the sewage inlet port in the casing; a filter screen installed on the transfer chain and moving along the transfer chain to filter sludge contained in the sewage flowing through the sewage inlet port; a double-rotary drum unit meshed with the transfer chain in an upper portion of the casing to move the filter screen by rotation, and having a screw press for removing moisture from the sludge dropped from the filter screen and discharging the dehydrated sludge only to the outside; and a drum driving unit connected to the double-rotary drum unit to rotate the double-rotary drum unit. Since the exposed height from the water level is shortened, the refloating and removing efficiency of the sludge is improved, and manufacturing, installing and maintaining costs are reduced. Moreover, occurrence frequency of failure is minimized.
본 발명에 따른 수직 무한궤도 이송형 스크린을 갖춘 협잡물 처리장치는: 수로의 하부에 수평방향으로 연결된 하수 유입구가 하부에 설치되도록 수로의 내부에 하부가 설치되며, 상부를 향해 수직으로 세워진 외관을 형성하도록 구비된 케이싱; 상기 케이싱의 내부에서 상기 하수 유입구를 둘러싸는 무한궤도를 따라 이동되도록 구비된 이송 체인; 상기 이송 체인에 설치되어 상기 이송 체인을 따라 이송되며, 상기 하수 유입구를 통해 유입되는 하수에 포함된 협잡물이 걸러지도록 구비된 여과 스크린; 상기 케이싱의 상측 내부에서 상기 이송 체인이 맞물리게 감기어 회전 동작에 의해 상기 여과 스크린이 이송되도록 함과 동시에 상기 여과 스크린으로부터 내부로 낙하 유입되는 협잡물은 수분이 제거되게 탈수 및 이동되도록 하여 탈수된 협잡물만 외부로 배출시키는 스크류 프레스가 내부를 가로질러 회전가능하게 구비된 이중 회전 드럼유닛; 및, 상기 이중 회전 드럼유닛에 연결되어 상기 이중 회전 드럼유닛을 회전시키는 드럼 구동부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 수면 위로 노출되는 높이가 짧아지도록 함으로써, 협잡물의 인양 및 제거 효율이 높아지도록 함과 동시에 제조비용과 설치 및 운영비용 등의 제반 비용이 절감되도록 할 수 있으며, 고장의 발생 가능성도 최소화되도록 할 수 있는 수직 무한궤도 이송형 스크린을 갖춘 협잡물 처리장치를 제공할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a sludge processing apparatus having a screen of a vertical caterpillar type, the apparatus comprising: a casing having a lower portion installed in a channel and having a sewage inlet port horizontally connected to a lower portion of the channel, the casing being vertically stood; a transfer chain moving along the caterpillar enclosing the sewage inlet port in the casing; a filter screen installed on the transfer chain and moving along the transfer chain to filter sludge contained in the sewage flowing through the sewage inlet port; a double-rotary drum unit meshed with the transfer chain in an upper portion of the casing to move the filter screen by rotation, and having a screw press for removing moisture from the sludge dropped from the filter screen and discharging the dehydrated sludge only to the outside; and a drum driving unit connected to the double-rotary drum unit to rotate the double-rotary drum unit. Since the exposed height from the water level is shortened, the refloating and removing efficiency of the sludge is improved, and manufacturing, installing and maintaining costs are reduced. 본 발명에 따른 수직 무한궤도 이송형 스크린을 갖춘 협잡물 처리장치는: 수로의 하부에 수평방향으로 연결된 하수 유입구가 하부에 설치되도록 수로의 내부에 하부가 설치되며, 상부를 향해 수직으로 세워진 외관을 형성하도록 구비된 케이싱; 상기 케이싱의 내부에서 상기 하수 유입구를 둘러싸는 무한궤도를 따라 이동되도록 구비된 이송 체인; 상기 이송 체인에 설치되어 상기 이송 체인을 따라 이송되며, 상기 하수 유입구를 통해 유입되는 하수에 포함된 협잡물이 걸러지도록 구비된 여과 스크린; 상기 케이싱의 상측 내부에서 상기 이송 체인이 맞물리게 감기어 회전 동작에 의해 상기 여과 스크린이 이송되도록 함과 동시에 상기 여과 스크린으로부터 내부로 낙하 유입되는 협잡물은 수분이 제거되게 탈수 및 이동되도록 하여 탈수된 협잡물만 외부로 배출시키는 스크류 프레스가 내부를 가로질러 회전가능하게 구비된 이중 회전 드럼유닛; 및, 상기 이중 회전 드럼유닛에 연결되어 상기 이중 회전 드럼유닛을 회전시키는 드럼 구동부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 수면 위로 노출되는 높이가 짧아지도록 함으로써, 협잡물의 인양 및 제거 효율이 높아지도록 함과 동시에 제조비용과 설치 및 운영비용 등의 제반 비용이 절감되도록 할 수 있으며, 고장의 발생 가능성도 최소화되도록 할 수 있는 수직 무한궤도 이송형 스크린을 갖춘 협잡물 처리장치를 제공할 수 있다.
