MORTAR SUPPLYING EQUIPMENT FOR FAST-HARDENING TRACK FOR IMPROVING BALLAST TRACK
The present invention provides mortar supply equipment for a fast-hardening track to improve a ballasted track. According to the present invention, in a construction of a fast-hardening track to improve a ballasted track of a railway into a concrete track, the mortar supply equipment is quickly moved on a rail to reduce a working time and increase the volume of mortar supplied to gravel through continuous mixing and supply of mortar in a situation to supply the mortar to the ballasted track within a limit time, so as to increase the length of the improved concrete track. Moreover, uniform and good quality improvement of the concrete track is realized through a mixing process continued from a cement supply unit to the ballasted track through a mixing part, and mixing and discharge of the mortar is concentrated on the cement supply unit to reduce the working time. Moreover, air pollution of the periphery is prevented through a dust color and a speed is adjusted in accordance with the amount of mortar materials inserted into a screw conveyor to continuously and uniformly supply the mortar. According to the present invention, the mortar supply equipment comprises a cart unit, a water tank, a generator, the mixing unit, and first and second cement supply units.
철도의 자갈궤도를 콘크리트궤도로 개량하는 급속경화궤도 시공시 레일 상을 신속하게 이동하여 모르타르의 지속적인 교반과 공급을 통해 한정된 시간 내에 자갈궤도에 모르타르를 공급해야 하는 상황에서 작업시간을 단축시키고, 자갈에 공급하는 양을 증가시킴으로써 개량되는 콘크리트궤도의 길이를 증가시킬 수 있고, 또한, 시멘트 공급부로부터 믹싱부를 거쳐 자갈궤도에 이르기까지 지속적으로 교반되는 공정을 통해 균일하고 품질이 양호한 콘크리트궤도 개량이 가능하고, 시멘트 공급부 사이에 모르타르 믹싱 및 방출이 집중적으로 가능하도록 배치되어 작업시간을 단축할 수 있으며, 또한, 집진장치를 통해 인근의 대기오염을 방지하고, 스크류 컨베이어 내부로 주입되는 모르타르 재료의 양에 따라 속도를 조절하여 모르타르를 지속적이고 균일하게 공급할 수 있는, 자갈궤도를 개량하기 위한 급속경화궤도용 모르타르 공급장비가 제공된다.
