According to a second embodiment of the present invention, a composite panel is formed in a left/right or upper/lower symmetric shape, is paired by forming symmetry by a connector, and has an insulation material in an inner center. The insulation material includes any one selected from a group of a gypsum board, marble, a synthetic resin panel, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, Styrofoam, urethane, and glass wool. Both sides of the insulation material include a pad having a grid-shaped PCM.
