DOOR AUXILIARY DEVICE FOR REFRIGERATOR
The present invention relates to a door assisting device for a refrigerator which senses a moving direction of a door of a refrigerator to improve operating reliability. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the door assisting device for a refrigerator comprises: a housing mounted on a main body of a refrigerator; a driving motor arranged in the housing; a motor gear coupled to a rotary shaft of the driving motor; a gear assembly including a plurality of reduction gears engaged with the motor gear to reduce a rotational speed of the motor gear; a push bar which is slidably mounted on the housing, and includes one end positioned outside the housing, the other end positioned inside the housing, and a rack gear arranged on the other end and engaged with the gear assembly; a signal bar which is arranged on a lower side of the push bar to be slidably mounted on the housing, has at least one portion protruding outwards to come in contact with an inner side of a door of a refrigerator, and is slid into the housing when pushed by the door; a door sensing unit to sense sliding of the signal bar to generate a continuously increasing/decreasing output signal; and a control unit to operate the driving motor to allow the one end of the push bar to protrude out of the housing to push the inner side of the door of the refrigerator based on the output signal.
본 개시는 냉장고의 도어의 움직임 방향을 감지하여 작동 신뢰성을 향상시킨 냉장고용 도어 보조 장치에 관한 것으로, 일 실시예에 따른 냉장고용 도어 보조 장치는 냉장고의 본체에 장착되는 하우징; 하우징의 내측에 구비되는 구동 모터; 구동 모터의 회전축에 결합되는 모터 기어; 모터 기어와 맞물려서 모터 기어의 회전 속도를 감속시키는 복수의 감속 기어를 포함하는 기어 조립체; 하우징에 슬라이딩 가능하게 장착되고, 하우징의 외측에 위치되는 일단부와 하우징의 내측에 위치되는 타단부를 구비하고, 타단부에 기어 조립체와 맞물리는 랙 기어가 구비되는 푸시 바; 푸시 바의 하측에 배치되어 하우징에 슬라이딩 가능하게 장착되고, 냉장고의 도어의 내측이 접촉되도록 적어도 일부분이 하우징의 외측으로 돌출되고, 도어에 의해 눌릴 때 하우징의 내측으로 슬라이딩되는 시그널 바; 시그널 바의 슬라이딩을 감지하여 연속적으로 증감되는 출력 신호를 발생하는 도어 감지부; 및 출력 신호에 기초하여 푸시 바의 일단부가 하우징의 외측으로 돌출되어 냉장고의 도어의 내측을 밀어주도록 구동 모터를 작동시키는 제어부를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a door assisting device for a refrigerator which senses a moving direction of a door of a refrigerator to improve operating reliability.
