Sandwich panel system with durability and ease of construction
A sandwich panel structure having durability and construction convenience of the present invention, as a sandwich panel system composing a support layer of a building floor system, comprises: a sandwich panel; and an unstructured flooring material which is laid up on one side or both sides of the sandwich panel. The sandwich panel includes: a foam layer; a honeycomb structure layer which is laid up on both sides of the foam layer; and a fiber-reinforced composite material layer which is laid up on the honeycomb structure layer. The foam layer and the honeycomb structure layer, the honeycomb structure layer and the fiber-reinforced composite material layer, and the fiber-reinforced composite material layer composing the sandwich panel and the unstructured flooring material are all bonded by an adhesive. According to the present invention, the sandwich panel structure has advantages of: being light due to low specific gravity; having excellent compressive strength, insulation properties, waterproof properties, sound insulation properties and durability; having an unstructured flooring material layer with various functions formed on one side thereof; and being easily installed in the field within a short time.
본 발명은 건물 바닥 시스템의 지지층을 구성하는 샌드위치 패널 구성물에 있어서, 상기 샌드위치 패널 구성물은, 샌드위치 패널; 및 상기 샌드위치 패널의 일면 또는 양면에 적층된 비구조용 바닥재로 구성되고, 상기 샌드위치 패널은, 발포체 층; 상기 발포체 층의 양면에 적층된 하니콤 구조체 층; 상기 하니콤 구조체 층 상에 적층된 섬유강화 복합재료 층;으로 구성되며, 상기 발포체 층과 하니콤 구조체 층 사이, 상기 하니콤 구조체 층과 섬유강화 복합재료 층 사이 및 상기 샌드위치 패널을 구성하는 섬유강화 복합재료 층과 비구조용 바닥재 사이 모두가 접착제에 의해 접합되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 내구성과 시공 편의성을 가지는 샌드위치 패널 구성물이다. 본 발명의 샌드위치 패널 구성물은 비중이 낮아 가볍고 압축강도, 단열성, 방수성, 차음성 및 내구성이 우수하며 그 일 면에 다양한 기능을 가진 비구조용 바닥재층이 형성되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 현장에서 짧은 시간 내에 용이하게 설치할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
