The present invention relates to a sediment and sludge cleaning apparatus for sewer pipes. When a locking member for locking and unlocking a water gate is raised to a certain water level, a releasing operation is performed, and thus a deposited sediment or sludge can be removed by simultaneous discharging of a large amount of sewage. The present invention includes a body portion fixedly coupled to a manhole formed between an upstream sewer pipe and a downstream sewer pipe and having an opening portion on one side, a pair of locking portions coupled to a side surface of the opening portion in the body portion with a locking groove formed inside, a water gate coupled to the upper end portion of the body portion to be hinge-rotatable and driven to open and close the opening portion of the body portion, a sliding portion coupled to the surface of the water gate facing the upstream sewer pipe and having a sliding groove formed inside in the form of a vertically extending long hole groove, and a locking unit including a pair of buoyant shafts seated in and coupled to the locking groove of the locking portion and formed to be movable only in the sliding groove of the sliding portion and a buoyant body formed between the buoyant shafts and floating by buoyancy during an increase in water level. Even when a water pressure is generated in the water gate, the locking setting of the water gate can be smoothly performed and reliability is improved base on the ease of water gate locking setting.

본 발명은 수문의 잠금 및 잠금해제 하는 잠금부재가 일정 수위 상승시에는 해제되도록 작동하여 한번에 많은 양의 하수를 방류함으로써 침적된 침전물이나 오니를 제거할 수 있는 하수관거의 침전물 및 오니 세척장치에 관한 것으로, 상류측 하수관거와 하류측 하수관거 사이에 형성된 맨홀에 고정결합 되어 있으며, 일측으로 개구부를 형성하고 있는 몸체부와, 상기 몸체부에 형성된 개구부의 측면에 결합되어 있으며 내측으로 걸림홈이 형성되어 있는 한쌍의 걸림부와, 상기 몸체부의 상단부에 힌지에 의해 회전 가능하게 결합되어 몸체부의 개구부를 개폐하도록 구동하는 수문과, 상기 수문 중 상류측 하수관거와 마주보는 면에 결합되며 내측으로 수직방향으로 연장되는 장공홈 형태의 슬라이딩홈을 형성한 슬라이딩부와, 상기 걸림부의 걸림홈에 안착되어 결합하되 슬라이딩부의 슬라이딩홈 내에서만 이동할 수 있도록 형성되는 한쌍의 부력체 축과 상기 부력체 축 사이에 형성되어 수위 상승시 부력에 의해 부유하는 부력체로 구성된 잠금부로 구성되어 있어, 수문에 수압이 발생하더라도 수문의 잠금 설정을 원활히 해제하여 오작동 없이 하수관거 내의 침전물이나 오니를 제거할 수 있고, 수문 개방 이후 수문이 최초 자리로 복귀시 수문의 잠금 설정이 쉽게 이루어져 신뢰성을 높일 수 있는 하수관거의 침전물 및 오니 세척장치에 관한 것이다.
