Brick structure for connecting open top of brick wall and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to a brick structure for connecting top of an opening on an outside brick wall and a method for constructing the same that are capable of integrating a spiral reinforcement and bricks in the formation of a top brick wall through brick layering on top of the opening, thereby improving structural stability and that are capable of performing precise construction through brackets of which lengths are adjustable. According to the present invention, the brick structure for connecting top of an opening on an outside brick wall includes: a plurality of bricks having hollows disposed on a support stand built on the opening in such a manner as to be laid on top of the opening and tops of first and second outside brick walls; mortar applied between the hollows of the bricks and the adjacent bricks in such a manner as to be filled in the hollows of the bricks to allow the bricks to be integrally formed with each other; a spiral reinforcement disposed between the upper and lower bricks in such a manner as to allow both ends thereof to be extended upwardly from the first and second outside brick walls to support the bricks thereagainst; and a bracket having a fixing part fixed to a bearing wall, a support part having at least two or more slots formed in the brick direction, and a moving base part coupled to the support part through bolts and nuts in such a manner as to be movable by the lengths of the slots to support the reinforcement thereagainst.
본 발명은 외부벽돌벽에 형성되는 개구부 상단연결용 벽돌구조체 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 개구부 상부에 벽돌을 조적하여 개구부 상단 벽돌구조체를 형성하되, 벽돌들의 사이에 나선형 보강재를 설치하고 모르타르를 통해 줄눈을 형성하여 벽돌과 나선형보강재가 일체화되도록 하여 하나의 보 형태의 구조물이 형성되도록 함으로써 구조적인 안정성을 확보하고 길이조절이 가능하도록 구성되는 브래킷을 통해 나선형보강재를 지지해줌으로써 내력벽의 평활도가 평활하지 못할 경우라도 설계된 위치에 맞도록 벽돌벽을 시공할 수 있도록 하는 외부벽돌벽에 형성되는 개구부 상단연결용 벽돌구조체 및 그 시공방법을 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 내력벽의 폭방향으로 이격되어 개구부를 형성하는 제1외부벽돌벽 및 제2외부벽돌벽의 상부를 연결하여 개구부 상단에 형성되는 벽돌구조체에 있어서, 상기 개구부에 받침대를 설치하고 상기 받침대에 받쳐진 상태에서 개구부의 상부 및 제1,2외부벽돌벽의 상부에 조적되며 중공들이 형성되어 있는 다수의 벽돌; 상기 조적되는 벽돌들의 중공 및 이웃하는 벽돌들의 사이에 도포되면서 벽돌에 형성된 중공으로도 채워지도록 도포되어 벽돌들을 일체로 합성해주는 모르타르; 평판 형태의 금속재를 일정한 피치를 갖도록 나선형으로 꼬아 형성되고 상, 하에 위치하는 벽돌들의 사이에 개재되도록 설치되되 양단이 상기 제1외부벽돌벽과 제2외부벽돌벽의 상부로 연장되도록 설치되어 상기 벽돌들의 사이에 도포되는 모르타르를 통해 벽돌과 일체로 형성됨으로써 벽돌들을 지지해주는 나선형보강재; 상기 내력벽에 고정되는 고정부와, 상기 고정부로부터 벽돌 방향으로 돌출형성되고 벽돌 방향으로 형성되는 슬롯이 적어도 2개 이상 상,하로 이격되도록 형성되어 있는 지지부와, 상기 슬롯에 대응되는 볼트홀이 형성되어 볼트 및 너트를 통해 지지부에 결합되되, 설계된 위치에 맞도록 슬롯의 길이만큼 이동가능하도록 설치되어 상기 보강재를 받쳐주게 되는 이동받침부로 이루어진 브래킷;을 포함하여 구성된 외부벽돌벽에 형성되는 개구부 상단연결용 벽돌구조체 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
