- FERROELECTRIC-ANTIFERROELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITE MANUFACTURING METHOD

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a ferroelectric-antiferroelectric ceramic composite. The method for manufacturing the ferroelectric-antiferroelectric ceramic composite comprises the steps of: mechanically mixing a first dielectric powder and a second dielectric powder (step 1); forming a mixture of the first dielectric powder and the second dielectric powder by spraying the mechanically mixed first dielectric powder and second dielectric powder (step 2); and heat-treating the mixture to form a composite dielectric body including a first dielectric phase and a second dielectric phase (step 3). The first dielectric powder is a powder of a ferroelectric material, and the second dielectric powder is a powder of an anti-ferroelectric material.

본 발명은 강유전체-반강유전체 세라믹 복합체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예를 따르는 강유전체-반강유전체 세라믹 복합체의 제조방법은 제1 유전체 분말 및 제2 유전체 분말을 기계적으로 혼합하는 단계(단계 1); 상기 기계적으로 혼합된 제1 유전체 분말 및 제2 유전체 분말을 분사하여 상기 제1 유전체 분말 및 제2 유전체 분말이 혼재된 혼합체를 형성하는 단계(단계 2); 및 상기 혼합체를 열처리하여 상기 제1 유전체 상 및 제2 유전체 상을 포함하는 복합 유전체를 형성하는 단계(단계 3);를 포함하고, 상기 제1 유전체 분말은 강유전체 재료의 분말이고, 상기 제2 유전체 분말은 반강유전체 재료의 분말이다.
