The present invention relates to a concrete pile connecting apparatus kit for construction. A concrete pile connecting apparatus kit for construction (1) includes a lower joint plate (100) coupled to a lower concrete pile (10), an upper joint plate (200) coupled to an upper concrete pile (20) in surface contact with the lower joint plate (100) by a predetermined area, and a friction heat melting shaped pin (300) inserted such that the lower joint plate (100) and the upper joint plate (200) are connected and fixed when the lower joint plate (100) and the upper joint plate (200) are in surface contact by a predetermined area on the same axial line. The friction heat melting shaped pin (300) is hit to be forcedly inserted into the lower joint plate (100) and the upper joint plate (200) in surface contact by a predetermined area, and thus a part of the friction heat melting shaped pin (300) is melted and coupled by means of the frictional heat generated between the upper joint plate (200) and the friction heat melting shaped pin (300). Accordingly, the present invention has the advantage that facilitates the coupling operation of the concrete pile to be stacked during pile driving operations for construction period reduction and operation efficiency maximization.
본 발명은 건축용 콘크리트 파일 연결장치 키트에 관한 것이다. 상세하게는, 하부 콘크리트 파일(10)에 결합되는 하부이음플레이트(100), 상부 콘크리트 파일(20)에 결합되고 하부이음플레이트(100)와 일정면적 면접촉하는 상부이음플레이트(200), 하부이음플레이트(100)와 상부이음플레이트(200)가 동일한 축 선상에서 일정면적 면접촉할 때, 하부이음플레이트(100)와 상부이음플레이트(200)가 연결 및 고정되도록 삽입되는 마찰열멜팅형상변형핀(300)으로 구성된 건축용 콘크리트 파일 연결장치 키트(1)에 있어서, 마찰열멜팅형상변형핀(300)을 타격하여 일정면적 면접촉된 하부이음플레이트(100)와 상부이음플레이트(200)에 강제삽입되도록 함으로서, 상부이음플레이트(200)와 마찰열멜팅형상변형핀(300) 간에 발생되는 마찰열로 인해 마찰열멜팅형상변형핀(300)의 일부가 멜팅되어 결합되게 하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 그러므로, 본 발명은 항타 작업 시 적층되는 콘크리트 파일의 이음 작업을 용이하게 하여 공기(工期)를 단축함과 동시에 작업의 효율성을 극대화하는 이점이 있다.
