Beam Connecting Type Friction Damper and Earthquake-proof Method using thereof
The present invention relates to a beam connecting type friction damper which is capable of effectively damping a lateral force concentrated on a column of a building to be reinforced when an earthquake occurs as a structure connecting parallel upper and lower beams. The present invention includes an upper friction plate (110); an upper beam attaching piece (120) coupled to the upper end surface of the upper friction plate (110) at right angles and having a plurality of anchor bolt installation holes (55) to be attached to a lower surface of the upper beam; a lower friction plate (210); a lower beam attaching piece (220) coupled to the lower end surface of the lower friction plate (210) at right angles and having a plurality of anchor bolt installation holes (55) to be attached to an upper surface of the lower beam; and a friction coupling plate (310) coupled by an upper hinge pin (320) to be overlapped with the upper friction plate (110) in the upper end portion and coupled by a lower hinge pin (330) to be overlapped with the lower friction plate (210) in the lower end portion. Each of the upper friction plate (110) and the lower friction plate (210) is provided with an arc cut-out portion (77). The frictional force is enhanced between the friction coupling plate (310) and the upper friction plate (110) and between the friction coupling plate (310) and the lower friction plate (210) by a fastening bolt (11) nut (22) fastened through the fastening bolt through hole (66) and the arc cut-out portion (77) formed in the upper and lower end portions of the friction coupling plate (310).
나란하게 배열된 상하부 보를 연결하는 구조로서 지진 발생 시 보강대상 건물의 기둥에 집중되는 횡력을 효과적으로 감쇠할 수 있는 보연결형 마찰댐퍼에 관한 것으로서, 상부마찰판(110); 상부마찰판(110)의 상단면에 직교하도록 결합되며, 다수의 앵커볼트설치공(55)이 구비되어 상부보의 하부면에 부착되는 상부보부착편(120); 하부마찰판(210); 하부마찰판(210)의 하단면에 직교하도록 결합되며, 다수의 앵커볼트설치공(55)이 구비되어 하부보의 상부면에 부착되는 하부보부착편(220); 및, 상단부는 상부마찰판(110)과 겹쳐지도록 상부힌지핀(320)으로 결합되고, 하단부는 하부마찰판(210)과 겹쳐지도록 하부힌지핀(330)으로 결합되는 마찰결속판(310);으로 구성되되, 상부마찰판(110)과 하부마찰판)210) 각각에는 원호절개부(77)가 구비되고, 마찰결속판(310)의 상하단부에 형성된 결합볼트통과공(66)과 원호절개부(77)를 통과하여 너트(22) 체결되는 결합볼트(11)에 의하여 마찰결속판(310)과 상부마찰판(110) 사이 및 마찰결속판(310)과 하부마찰판(210) 사이에 마찰력이 증가되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a beam connecting type friction damper which is capable of effectively damping a lateral force concentrated on a column of a building to be reinforced when an earthquake occurs as a structure connecting parallel upper and lower beams. The present invention includes an upper friction plate (110); an upper beam attaching piece (120) coupled to the upper end surface of the upper friction plate (110) at right angles and having a plurality of anchor bolt installation holes (55) to be attached to a lower surface of the upper beam; a lower friction plate (210); a lower beam attaching piece (220) coupled to the lower end surface of the lower friction plate (210) at right angles and having a plurality of anchor bolt installation holes (55) to be attached to an upper surface of the lower beam; and a friction coupling plate (310) coupled by an upper hinge pin (320) to be overlapped with the upper friction plate (110) in the upper end portion and coupled by a lower hinge pin (330) to be overlapped with the lower friction plate (210) in the lower end portion. Each of the upper friction plate (110) and the lower friction plate (210) is provided with an arc cut-out portion (77). The frictional force is enhanced between the friction coupling plate (310) and the upper friction plate (110) and between the friction coupling plate (310) and the lower friction plate (210) by a fastening bolt (11) nut (22) fastened through the fastening bolt through hole (66) and the arc cut-out portion (77) formed in the upper and lower end portions of the friction coupling plate (310).
