ROBOT SYSTEM FOR CHIPPING CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR REPAIR WORK OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE USING THE SAME
The present invention provides a robot system for chipping a concrete structure which uses a robot for implementing cross sectional area repair work of a concrete structure in a safe and efficient way through cooperation between an operator and the robot, and a method thereof. The robot system for chipping a concrete structure according to the present invention includes a work robot and a robot integrated management device. The work robot comprises: a chipping tool capable of implementing cross sectional area repair work with respect to the concrete structure; a robot platform portion provided with a work platform coupled to the chipping tool to move the chipping tool, and a moving platform supporting the work platform and having a driving function so as to be movable in a work area; a sensor portion capable of detecting work information environment information of the work area by the chipping tool; and a robot motion control module controlling the chipping tool and the robot platform portion while communicating with the chipping tool and the robot platform portion. The robot integrated management device communicates with the robot motion control module of the work robot to receive information from the work robot, and transmits a remote operation signal to the work robot.
본 발명은 작업자와 로봇의 협업을 통해 안전하고 효율적으로 콘크리트 구조물의 단면 보수 작업을 수행할 수 있는 로봇을 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 치핑용 로봇 시스템 및 방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 콘크리트 구조물 치핑용 로봇 시스템은, 작업 로봇과 로봇 통합 관리장치를 포함한다. 작업 로봇은, 콘크리트 구조물에 대한 단면 보수 작업을 수행할 수 있는 치핑 툴과, 치핑 툴과 결합되어 치핑 툴을 움직이는 작업 플랫폼 및 작업 플랫폼을 지지하고 작업 구역에서 이동할 수 있는 주행 기능을 갖는 이동 플랫폼을 구비하는 로봇 플랫폼부와, 치핑 툴에 의한 작업 정보와 작업 구역의 환경 정보를 검출할 수 있는 센서부와, 치핑 툴 및 로봇 플랫폼부와 통신하면서 치핑 툴 및 로봇 플랫폼부를 제어하는 로봇 모션 제어모듈을 포함한다. 로봇 통합 관리장치는 작업 로봇의 로봇 모션 제어모듈과 통신하여 작업 로봇으로부터 정보를 수신하고 작업 로봇에 원격 조작 신호를 송신한다.
