3D 3D-FIBER REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE COLUMN AND REINFORCEMENT METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention provides a 3D fiber-reinforced composite comprising: a reinforcing support member; and a reinforcing fiber member which is integrally embedded in the reinforcing support member and is formed to have a 3D pattern structure so as to support the reinforcing support member. According to the above description, the 3D fiber-reinforced composite and a shear key means are configured to be assembled to each other, and thus can be easily coupled and assembled, so that the construction time can be shortened, and constructability and workability can be improved due to the easy coupling and assembly. In addition, the 3D fiber-reinforced composite is formed into a precast product, so that construction at the site can achieve uniform quality and there is no need to ensure a wide space during the construction, compared to a construction method in which a reinforcement structure is constructed on-site. Further, since the 3D fiber-reinforced composite is assembled and coupled at the site after being manufactured in a manufacturing factory, difficulty in quality control due to construction at the site can be resolved.
본 발명은 보강지지부재와, 보강지지부재와 일체화되도록 보강지지부재의 내부에 매립 설치되고, 입체적인 3D패턴구조로 형성되어 보강지지부재를 지지하는 보강섬유부재를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 섬유강화복합체를 제공한다. 상기한 바에 따르면, 3D 섬유강화복합체와 전단키수단이 조립형태로 구성되어 결합 및 조립이 용이하여 시공 시간을 단축시킬 수 있으며, 결합 및 조립이 용이하여 시공성 및 작업성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 3D 섬유강화복합체를 프리캐스트(Precast) 제품으로 구성함으로써, 현장에서 직접 보강하는 공법에 비하여 균일한 품질의 현장시공이 가능하고 시공 시 넓은 공간 확보가 불필요하며, 제조공장에서 제조 후 현장에서 조립 결합하는 방식이기 때문에 현장 시공으로 인한 품질관리의 어려움을 해소할 수 있다.
