Stepping board for architectural scaffold
The present invention relates to a stepping board for a worker in scaffold operation, and more specifically relates to the stepping board, comprising: one pair of vertical bars fixedly installed to the ground surface with a length in the vertical direction; one pair of rotation bars arranged to have a length in the vertical direction adjacent to the vertical bar by a predetermined distance, and provided with a rotation motor rotated by control of a controller at the bottom portion thereof; an elevating plate provided to be elevated along the outer surface of the vertical bar by rotation of the rotation motor while each of both sides thereof is inserted through the outer surface of the vertical bar; and a support rotatably coupled to the pair of vertical bars at one side thereof in a plate shape, and installed to be simultaneously movable and rotatable with the elevating plate at the other side thereof, wherein the support is used as a scaffold for horizontal work between the vertical bar and the rotation bar by elevation of the elevating plate. The support is used as the scaffold for the user boarding on the support since the other side of the support is descending to have an inclination angle about one side of the support via descending of the elevating plate.
본 발명은 비계작업시에 작업자가 사용하는 작업대에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 수직방향으로 길이를 갖되 지면에 고정설치되는 한 쌍의 수직대, 상기 수직대와 소정거리 이웃하게 수직방향으로 길이를 갖도록 배치되되 하부에는 컨트롤러의 제어에 의해 회전하는 회전모터가 구비된 한 쌍의 회전대와, 양측이 각각의 상기 수직대 외면에 관통삽입되되 상기 회전모터의 회전에 의해 상기 수직대 외면을 따라 승강가능하게 구비되는 승강판 및 판 형상으로 이루어지되 일측이 한 쌍의 상기 수직대와 회전가능하게 결합하되 타측은 상기 승강판과 이동과 동시에 회동가능하도록 설치되는 받침대를 포함하되, 상기 받침대는 상기 승강판의 승강에 의해 상기 수직대와 상기 회전대 사이에서 수평을 이루어 작업을 위한 발판으로 사용하며, 상기 승강판의 하강에 의해 상기 상기 받침대 일측을 축으로 타측이 경사각을 갖도록 하강하여 상기 받침대에 탑승하기 위한 발판으로 사용하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
