In the present invention, a plurality of pile connectors are in a form of male part or female part connected to one end of an upper concrete pile and a lower concrete pile. In the pile connectors, the male part pile connector comprises a bolt head, a pile engaging portion protruding from the top of the bolt head, and an insertion type connecting portion protruding from a lower end of the bolt head and having a trapping bump on an outer side surface thereof. The female part pile connector comprises a bolt head, a pile engaging portion protruding from the top of the bolt head, and a cylindrical connecting portion protruding from an upper end of the bolt head and having a trapping bump on an inner side surface thereof. A wedge spring is interposed between the trapping bump of the male part pile connector and the trapping bump of the female part pile connector to prevent the male part pile connector from being easily separated when connected to the female part pile connector, thereby providing a concrete pile connector of non-welding type. The trapping bumps are formed on the outer side surface of the male part pile connector and on the inner side surface of the female part pile connector, so that the wedge spring interposed between the trapping bump of the male part pile connector and the trapping bump of the female part pile connector performs wedging action. Therefore, a solid coupling is achieved to enable a fast and easy connection between piles.
본 발명은 상부 콘크리트 파일과 하부 콘크리트 파일의 일단에 결합되는 다수개의 숫놈부 또는 암놈부 형태의 파일연결구에 있어서, 상기 파일연결구 중 숫놈부 파일연결구는 볼트머리와 상기 볼트머리 상단에 돌출되는 파일결합부와 상기 볼트머리 하단에 돌출되되 외측면에 걸림턱을 구비하는 삽입형 연결부로 이루어지고, 암놈부 파일연결구는 볼트머리와 상기 볼트머리 하단에 돌출되는 파일결합부와 상기 볼트머리 상단에 돌출되되 내측면에 걸림턱을 구비하는 원통형 연결부로 이루어지며, 상기 숫놈부 파일연결구의 걸림턱과 암놈부 파일연결구의 걸림턱 사이에는 쐐기스프링이 개재되어 숫놈부 파일연결구가 암놈부 파일연결구에 결합되었을 때 쉽게 분리되지 않도록 구성되는 무용접타입의 콘크리트 파일 연결구를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 효과로는 숫놈부 파일연결구의 외측면에는 걸림턱을 형성하고, 암놈부 파일연결구의 내측면에도 걸림턱을 형성하되 상기 숫놈부 파일연결구의 걸림턱과 암놈부 파일연결구의 걸림턱 사이에 개재되는 쐐기스프링에 의해 숫놈부 파일연결구와 암놈부 파일연결구 사이에서 쐐기작용을 하게 함으로써 견고한 결합이 이루어지도록 함으로써 신속하면서도 편리한 파일간 연결이 가능한 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
